Northern Ireland mum expands confectionary brand to taste ‘s’more success’ in Great Britain and beyond
A Co Armagh based confectionary brand is aiming to expand its presence in Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland and beyond after receiving one to one mentorship from Go Succeed, the free enterprise support service, delivered by Northern Ireland’s 11 councils.
S’more’a’licious is an award-winning brand specialising in luxurious s’mores toasting kits, handcrafted gourmet marshmallows and marshmallow fluff, produced at its premises in rural Killylea, outside Armagh city.
Founder Laura Vogan, who set up the business from her home in 2020, already stocks retailers and delis across Northern Ireland and makes sales internationally online.
Receiving mentorship through Go Succeed, she is now set to realise her vision of expanding the company’s retail offering while also tapping further into the lucrative corporate gift market.

00:17why don't you make some s'mores kits because they're a big thing that Christmas. Started
00:21making s'mores kits and it just went from there. A lot of people are buying as a treat for themselves,
00:28for their kids, maybe for a date night and then a lot of people are buying for gifts as well.
00:34The goal for S'morelicious now is getting on the shelves in retail, obviously growing our online
00:40offering as well and we're introducing new products, new ranges and then obviously
00:46expanding on the shelves across the UK and Ireland and maybe further afield in a few years time.
00:52I actually seen Go Succeed via Facebook and thought I might apply for that because it would
00:58give me a bit of help to take my business to the next level. I started with Go Succeed around May
01:05time, applied and was accepted and was assigned a really great mentor. We were able to sit down
01:11weekly and discuss what we needed to do, what way we needed to drive the business forward and
01:18to make a plan as well and it was just a professional looking in at my business to
01:23give me advice that I obviously have no experience with. There's a lot of intense
01:28work that he's doing behind the scenes as well and you know it's just pick up the phone anytime
01:34if you need any extra support as well so I feel that he actually did go above and beyond for me.

01:46no matter what stage because the help is invaluable and it's always a fresh pair of
