00:30This procedure involves a payment request, which the Commission sent out on the 16th

00:49The Member State has 45 calendar days to deliver on that request to pay the fine concerned.
00:57If it doesn't do so, then we send a second payment request.
01:01This is actually what we did today, because the first 45-day period expired already.
01:07So we sent a second request in line with the procedure.
01:11This gives Hungary 15 calendar days to make the payment concerned.
