02:11We need to remember that road accidents are totally avoidable.
02:17Actually, we do not term it as road accidents anymore, but road crashes.
02:22The responsibility of avoiding it lies within all of us, road users.
02:27Sir Bong, do you have a message for the anniversary of Rise and Shine Philippines?
02:33Well, I wish you all the best, more power.
02:36And I hope to see you maybe 10 more years or maybe 20.
02:40Because you've been a lot of help to our road users, particularly our commuters,
