00:00We have an update from GMA Integrated News.

00:09A typhoon Mteng sustained its strength while moving through the Pulilio Islands.

00:14According to the latest bulletin of Pag-asa, the center of the typhoon's eye was monitored 100 kilometers north-northwest of Dayt Kamarines Norte.

00:23The typhoon was moving at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour,

00:26with a strength of 75 kilometers per hour near the center and a force of up to 90 kilometers per hour.

00:33Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 was high in the northeastern portions of Kamarines Norte and Kamarines Sur,

00:41the entire province of Cagayan, along with the Baboyan Islands,

00:44the eastern portion of Isabela, the northern portions of Aurora and Payaw, and the eastern portion of Calinga.

00:50Signal No. 1 was high in Metro Manila, Batanes, and several provinces in the north and central Luzon,

00:56Maguing, Sarizal, Laguna, the eastern portion of Batangas,

01:00the remaining part of Quezon, the entire province of Marinduque,

01:04the remaining part of Kamarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, and the northern portion of Masbate,

01:11along with Tikau and Bureas Islands.

01:13According to Pag-asa, the typhoon could landfall in Isabela or Cagayan later in the afternoon or evening.

01:19They also saw a severe tropical storm, the Typhoon Enteng, on Wednesday.
