00:16Signal No. 1 is high in the eastern portions of Isabela, Aurora, Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur,

00:22as well as in Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Buryas Island and Tikau Island.

00:26Signal No. 1 is also high in Northern Samar, Samar, Eastern Samar, Biliran and Northeastern portion of Leyte

00:33according to the forecast of a storm in the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Quezon and Romblon

00:39until intense rains are brought by strong winds in other parts of Luzon and Visayas

00:46based on the forecast track that the storm is likely to get stronger
