00:00The driver is now being searched for after he crossed the Exa-Busway and was arrested for escaping.

00:08The driver confronted the enforcer and introduced himself as Mayor of Bulacan.

00:14Darlene Khan was arrested.

00:18Sir, I will make a request. I will ask for your permission.

00:21The enforcer, Mark Joseph Cesar, made three requests to the blue pick-up yesterday afternoon.

00:28Cesar blocked the road in front of the vehicle because the driver was trying to escape.

00:32Sir, we will have a problem with that, sir. We will have a problem with that, sir.

00:36Cesar stopped the pick-up because it was crossing the busway on the northbound side of Exa-Ortigas.

00:41The video was not captured but the pick-up stopped when a rider blocked the road in front of it to help the enforcer.

00:47Later on, the driver mentioned the names of the government officials.

00:51You entered the busway, sir.

00:53Okay, sir. No problem. We are DOTR. Secretary Bautista is our boss.

00:59Later on, he introduced himself as Mayor.

01:02I am Secretary Bautista. You can call me Mayor Perez.

01:11They are asking for his ticket but they don't want to give a license or any document.

01:30The enforcer couldn't do anything if they were not allowed to leave.

01:35According to the DOTR Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation or SAIC,

01:39the incident was reported to the Land Transportation Office along with the plate number of the vehicle.

01:44The authorities are still looking for the driver who introduced himself as Mayor Perez of Bulacan.

01:49However, there is no Mayor in Bulacan who has the last name Perez.

01:54Supposedly, this morning, the LTO will send the reports to issue a show-cause order.

02:02We expect that maybe this afternoon or tomorrow, the plate number and the report will be sent to issue a show-cause order.

02:15The driver may face an unauthorized use of the busway as well as a possible violation to the enforcer.

02:21Now that the Bermontes is about to enter, the authorities are still looking for a way to guard the EDSA busway.

02:27That's why SAIC is studying the deployment of additional enforcers here.
