00:00To lead is not to be fooled. You are not there to charm people.

00:05You must first of all go within and figure out what do you have for the other.

00:11So the best leaders are really good for their followers.

00:15The best leaders produce leaders.

00:19And the general ones are more exploiters than leaders.

00:25They would want the follower to remain a follower.

00:28You must be very conscious of what your policies are doing to the mind of the employee.

00:34And also to the mind of all your stakeholders including your customers, consumers, the general public.

00:42Leadership is engagement. Engagement with a lot of people.

00:46You must be very conscious of what this engagement is doing to the other.

00:51You cannot relate to the other to perpetuate your own darkness.
