01:14Sir, from the perspective of COMELEC,
01:17what are the challenges that we are facing so far with fake news?
01:22As you know, this is a fake candidate, a fake campaign,
01:26fake money that is being bought, almost everything is fake.
01:29And therefore, our campaign and election should not be like that.
01:33It should always be truthful,
01:35it should always be about the truth that is being revealed to the people, to the voters.
01:40Because the voters should be able to choose the right people
01:43so that we won't get married to fake people.
01:46From COMELEC itself, here in the upcoming midterm elections,
01:50how can we ensure that the upcoming elections will be truthful and clean?
01:55We need the help of the media.
01:57We need the help of interest groups, all stakeholders, all citizens.
02:01You yourself should tell COMELEC who is fake,
02:04what are the other candidates doing there,
02:06who are being fooled by the campaigns and policies that they are giving.
02:11We need your help and guidance because COMELEC alone cannot do it.
02:16COMELEC does not control or monopolize the issue of election.
