00:00Two men were arrested after they caught them on a parked motorcycle in Binangonan, Rizal.

00:23that was being parked on a street in Barangay Plangoy in Binangonan, Rizal last Tuesday afternoon.

00:30Later, they returned.

00:32The two men were also seen stopping at a house.

00:36Next, one of the men was seen walking.

00:40The target was the motorcycle that was parked in the house.

00:44The suspect saw the motorcycle.

00:47According to the police, the victim was a 23-year-old man.

00:51He parked his motorcycle in front of their house last Friday night

00:55and he went on vacation in Pasig that long weekend.

01:00He saw the motorcycle being parked outside his house on August 28.

01:11Based on the investigation by the police?

01:13The vehicle that was parked in front of their house was recorded in the CCTV.

01:18They found out that the person who used that motorcycle was the nephew of the man who was jailed in Pasig City Jail.

01:27He's the suspect number two.

01:30They traced the location and followed up the operation.

01:35The two suspects who were seen in the CCTV were arrested.

01:42On Wednesday, the suspects who were residents of Pasig City Jail were arrested.
