बिहार – बीजेपी बिहार प्रदेश अध्यक्ष दिलीप जायसवाल ने आरोप लगाया है कि अपनी राजनीतिक दुकानदारी चलाने वाले तेजस्वी यादव और ममता बनर्जी का नैतिक पतन हो चुका है। उन्होंने कहा, ममता बनर्जी और उनके चट्टे बट्टे जो उनको समर्थन देने की बात करते हैं वो इस बात का जवाब दे की जिस अपराधी ने ये अपराध किया है ये उसे बचाने में क्यों लगे हुए हैं? वहीं पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के बंगाल जला तो बिहार, झारखंड, असम और ओड़िसा सहित पूरा देश जलेगा वाले बयान पर दिलीप जायसवाल ने कहा, उन्होंने कहा जब 370 धारा हटाने की बात आई थी तो देशविरोधी लोगों ने भी कहा था की जब 370 हटेगा तो पूरा देश जलेगा। और अब लगता है की वही भाषा ममता बनर्जी ले आई है की बिहार जलेगा। लेकिन बिहार को कोई नहीं जला सकता।
