00:00Two people were injured while driving a SUV in San Juan, Batangas.

00:05Here in Dagupan, Pangasinan, a man and his daughter were caught stealing in a restaurant.

00:19In the CCTV footage, you can see a man entering a newly renovated restaurant in Dagupan City.

00:26He was with a minor at the time.

00:28In another footage, you can see him stealing a sack of rice.

00:32The man also used a plastic CCTV camera to continue the theft.

00:38He also stole three more sacks of rice, two LPG tanks and a case of soft drinks.

00:44According to the owner of the restaurant, he was fined more than P10,000.
