00:06because I knew what I want to do the moment I finish my training.

00:10At the Career Foundation,

00:12the opportunities are endless here.

00:15This program provide sector specific training,

00:18which has a technical training,

00:20a hands-on training, a workplace communication workshop,

00:24and pre-employment skills support.

00:28We have continuous demands in all three fields.

00:31We can safely say that the program has been instrumental

00:34in creating career trajectories or paths for the clients in Canada.

00:40It's a win-win relation for the ITIs or International Trained Immigrants.

00:45They have already the experience, they have the tools,

00:48but they need to validate these tools to be able to work in the Canadian market.

00:53So we fill the position and the participants also get the job they are looking for.

00:59You can see the difference that you've made in someone's life.

01:03That's the part that I love best about the job.

01:05I mean, the feeling of satisfaction that I get is like immense.

01:10Like I would not trade it for anything else.

01:14I'm an immigrant as well.

01:15I came here 10 years back.

01:16I wish I had this kind of support.

01:18This is a place where possibilities exist.
