00:00If these entrepreneurs are prepared to deal with the 150,000 of the loaners who want payment,
00:07I will deal with the 70,000 Scott Gardner thinks he's worth, so the 150,000 plus 70,000
00:13plus the 220,000. If then the entrepreneurs are prepared to donate 450,000 to the club
00:19that are unable to get the assets that they've got, PropCo and the battery farm, I will take
00:23care of the club going forward as far as I'm concerned. Revenue generated by the seven
00:29acres through time will recover their donation. Once this revenue equals the 600,000, which
00:36is the 450 plus the 150, they will split further revenue with the club on a 50-50 basis once
00:43their overheads and costs are deducted. If the license is worth anything, and after recovering
00:49their overheads and costs they split anything that's left 50-50 with the club, obviously
00:55this deal would need to be done very quickly. The second option could be crowdfunding general.
01:03We ask the general community of Inverness, its businesses and the fans to donate money
01:09to sort out the huge debts and see if we can raise 600,000 if the entrepreneurs decline
01:16to help. The third option is the AMO. For the future, I will ask the shells if they
01:25want me to run the club and if they do, I get a mandate that I have full control until
01:29the buyer is found. This mandate is reviewed every three years. And to finalise, the club
01:39needs and deserves certainty after five years of huge losses, chaos, confusion and Scott
01:45Garvin. Thank you.
