00:11opening kickoff next week. If
00:13we're looking at who's going to
00:15win the NFL championship next
00:16year, of course, it's going to
00:18be the Kansas City Chiefs at
00:19the top of the heap at a plus
00:205 50 price along with the San
00:22Francisco 49ers at a plus 600
00:25price for a while. Dubs. Those
00:26two were neck and neck with the
00:27same odds. Now it looks like
00:28Kansas City separating
00:30themselves just a little bit.
00:31But how about this as we talk
00:32about like next Thursday night's
00:34game that includes the Chiefs
00:37number one on the odds board
00:39right now to plus 5 50 price
00:40and number three on the odds
00:41board. That's the Baltimore
00:43Ravens at an 11 to 1 price. So
00:45let's just start there. If we
00:47look at game number one with
00:48two teams, we expect to be
00:50players in the AFC. How much
00:52could that change your mind?
00:53Dubs win or lose for either
00:55team on opening night as we
00:57move forward in the season?
00:59First week of the regular
01:00season. Last week of the
01:02regular season, I usually think
01:04and treat them as as outliers
01:06there for me, Donnie. But look,
01:08we'll be able to get a couple
01:08of key takeaways. Yeah, it
01:10doesn't get easy in search of a
01:11third Lombardi for the Kansas
01:13City Chiefs, but I don't think
01:14it gets a lot tougher from
01:16trying to go back to back. You
01:17look at the weapons returning
01:19here as long as spags going to
01:20be calling on the defensive
01:22side. Andy Reid's going to be
01:23scheming things up, but they
01:24have to improve those drop
01:26balls. They have to get better
01:27in the second half. So I
01:28thought I thought they excused
01:30a lot of second half was last
01:32season off the back of some
01:33Patrick Mahomes brilliance with
01:35that postseason push. So I like
01:37the Kansas City chase of the
01:38Baltimore Ravens. You know,
01:40they finished on top of the
01:41conference. I think there could
01:42be a little bit of regression
01:44coming Lamar Jackson. I don't
01:45know if he can go back to back
01:47with another MVP caliber
01:48season. Derek Henry comes in to
01:50that backfield. We know the run
01:51game is going to be heavy, but
01:52how those two are going to get
01:54amongst it there, their defense
01:56certainly going to be strong,
01:57but for the Kansas City Chiefs
01:58at home, dropping the banner,
02:00they are going to be up for the
02:01occasion. And I do think they
02:03could be looking even better
02:04through the regular season. And
02:06Hey, once we get to the
02:07playoffs, we know they've got
02:09the experience in bunches. So
02:10no surprises for me, the Chiefs
02:12are starting to firm up in the
02:13market of plus five 50. It's
02:14not a bad price, but for the
02:16Baltimore Ravens, I guess
02:17that's the team that I want to
02:18see a little more juice out of
02:20early in this year, just to
02:21know that they are the
02:23contenders that we saw from
02:24last year.
