दिल्ली विधानसभा के नेता प्रतिपक्ष विजेंद्र गुप्ता ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार की मंत्री आतिशी को चीफ सेक्रेटरी में एक रिपोर्ट सौंपी थी 15 मार्च 2024 को यह रिपोर्ट चीफ सेक्रेटरी ने मंत्री आतिशी को सौंप दी क्योंकि प्रस्ताव सदन का था तो यह रिपोर्ट सदन के समक्ष आनी चाहिए थी और जब आपने टेबल कर दी सदस्यों को क्यों नहीं दी गई? हम दिल्ली सरकार से जानना चाहते हैं कि जब पैसा बजट में प्रावधान किया गया तस्वीर को अन यूटिलाइज कैसे है। जल बोर्ड के पास 73 हजार करोड़ रुपया बकाया है लोन का उसे वापस नहीं जमा किया गया। इसका मतलब है कि पैसा डूब गया।
