00:00The Davao City Regional Trial Court removed the barricades of the Police Regional Office 11 in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound

00:07in connection with the use of the arrest warrant against Pastor Apollo Quibuloy.

00:12This is in accordance with the temporary protection order issued regarding the petition of the KOJC.

00:18The court also ordered the police to stop any activity that has a threat to life, freedom, security and dignity of the petitioners.

00:27Aside from this, they also issued a temporary restraining order and injunction against the PNP.

00:33The police were able to track down Quibuloy in a house inside the compound.

00:39In the video captured by some members of the KOJC,

00:42they were able to hear the sound of a bang inside the Jose Maria College building inside the compound

00:47that started early in the morning yesterday.

00:50The PNP refused to give details about what was being done inside the compound.

00:55The PNP said that they were able to detect their equipment that made a bang in an underground bunker inside the compound.

01:02The police were still able to stay inside the KOJC compound.

01:08According to the court, the restrictions and control imposed by the PNP-11 over and within the compound of KOJC and GMC-FI

01:18noticeably trampled not only the property rights of the petitioners, its officers and members,

01:24but also the exercise of the religious freedom and academic rights.

01:29Depending on any order from the court that says police leader on office 11 is ordered to vacate and stop the implementation of the valid,

01:38then that will be the time that we're going to vacate.

01:42According to the DILG and PNP, they will ask for clarification from the court regarding the issued order.

01:49President Bongbong Marcos Kikibuloy called for the supporters not to be biased.

01:54The President also insisted that there is no overkill or use of excessive force.

01:58He also said that there was no violation of human rights.

02:05I think what they're talking about is political. That's not true.

02:11You go to any human rights advocate, there's nothing that we did.

02:16All the police officers were not armed.

02:19None of them had a gun.

02:22We did not use tear gas.

02:24We did not do that.

02:26So what is the violation of human rights?
