HYDRA Expansion Proposals : చెరువులు, కుంటల ఆక్రమణలపై కన్నెర్ర చేస్తున్న హైడ్రాకు చట్టబద్ధత కల్పించడంతోపాటు పరిధిని విస్తరించాలని ప్రభుత్వం యోచిస్తోంది. ఈమేరకు హైడ్రా కమిషనర్ రంగనాథ్ ప్రభుత్వానికి ప్రతిపాదనలను అందజేసినట్లు సమాచారం. ఓఆర్ఆర్ వరకు ఉన్న హైడ్రా పరిధిని మరో 40 నుంచి 50 కిలోమీటర్లు పెంచాలని భావిస్తున్నారు. హైదరాబాద్‌ వెలుపల కబ్జాలకు గురవుతున్న చెరువులను, ప్రభుత్వ స్థలాలను రక్షించే అవకాశం లభిస్తుందని యోచిస్తున్నారు.
