Ryans sets out Houston's expectations for upcoming NFL season

DeMeco Ryans set out what he expects from the Houston Texans this season, and thinks they have a strong roster

00:06established a really good foundation as a team.

00:09Guys have worked extremely hard.

00:11They've dedicated themselves to putting the work in and that's the start.

00:16And that's the making of a really great successful season is you have to put

00:21the work in and training camp, right?

00:23They set yourself up to have a successful season.

00:25Our guys have done that and I'm proud of each and

00:27every guy who strapped it up for us is training camp because they've all put it

00:33work in, they've all done everything that we've asked of our guys.

00:37So it's where our roster is and the guys that we'll have on our team,

00:41I feel good about where we are headed into this season.

00:46Again, it just gives you a chance, right?

00:48You still have to go out and play good football, but I feel like we'll start

00:51with a really good roster that has a chance to compete every single time that

00:55we lined up this year.
