00:00Hello, hello. My name is Mark Beaumont. If introductions are needed, I have cycled around
00:07the planet a couple of times, but probably more locally to a lot of you, I have also
00:12pedalled around the North Coast 500 more times than I care to remember. I wanted to give
00:16a massive shout out for the Bridge to Bridge ride happening on the 7th of September this
00:21year. I know it's gone from strength to strength over recent years, heading for I think 200
00:28supporting three fantastic causes this year. Let me get the names right. Elsie,
00:33Normington Foundation, the Leanne Fund and Day One Mentoring. Now is the time with less than a
00:39month to go to get those fundraising pages set up, send them out on social media, encouraging
00:46everyone to support your gallant efforts on the ride and a big shout out to all the supporters
00:52and organisers because behind the scenes, there's a lot of people doing a lot of hard work,
00:55even aside from those riding the bicycles. So I hope it goes really well. Fundraising,
