00:00Part 1. The Discovery Ethan and Lily, childhood friends with an adventurous spirit, decided
00:07to explore the depths of Blackwood Forest, a place shrouded in local legends. The sun
00:12hung low in the sky, casting long, eerie shadows as they wandered deeper into the woods.
00:20The air was thick with the scent of pine and damp earth, and the forest was unusually silent,
00:27as if it were holding its breath. As they walked, they stumbled upon a peculiar opening
00:31in the ground, half-hidden by twisted roots and overgrown vines. It was a cave entrance,
00:40dark and uninviting, yet it seemed to beckon them with an invisible force. The mouth of
00:45the cave was wide enough for them to walk in side by side, but it quickly narrowed into
00:52the cave.
00:53This place is creepy, Lily whispered, her voice barely audible over the rustle of leaves.
00:58But curiosity got the better of them both. With their flashlights in hand, they decided
01:04to explore.
01:06Part 2. The attack as they ventured further into the cave, a sudden gust of wind extinguished
01:12their flashlights. In the pitch-black darkness, they heard it, the unmistakable sound of wings
01:18flapping, growing louder by the second. Panic set in as a swarm of bats descended upon them,
01:26their screeching echoing off the cave walls. Ethan grabbed Lily's hand, pulling her deeper
01:32into the cave as they ran, blindly swatting at the bats. The creatures clawed at their
01:39skin, their tiny fangs nipping at their faces and hands. After what felt like an eternity,
01:45they managed to outrun the swarm, collapsing against a cold, damp wall as the bats receded
01:52back into the darkness.
01:55Their breathing heavy, they realized they were deeper in the cave than intended. The
02:00air was thick, almost suffocating, and the darkness felt more oppressive here, as if
02:05the cave itself were alive, watching them.
02:10Part 3. The descent as they caught their breath, a faint light appeared further down the cave.
02:16It was an unnatural glow, pale and sickly, emanating from an unknown source. Drawn to
02:24it, they cautiously moved forward, the walls around them narrowing until they were forced
02:29to walk single file. The light led them to a cavernous chamber, its walls lined with
02:35strange, ancient symbols carved into the rock.
02:40In the center of the room stood a stone altar, upon which lay a small, weathered book. The
02:45air was heavy with a stench of decay, and the oppressive silence was broken only by
02:51the sound of dripping water echoing in the distance.
02:55Ethan reached for the book, his fingers trembling as he picked it up. The cover was made of
02:59some kind of leathery material, and the pages were brittle and yellowed with age.
03:06As he opened it, the faint light flickered, and the symbols on the walls seemed to pulse
03:11and writhe, as if alive. Lily backed away, her instincts screaming at her to leave, but
03:18Ethan was transfixed by the book.
03:21The words inside were written in a language neither of them could understand, yet they
03:26felt compelled to read them aloud.
03:28Part 4. The awakening as Ethan began to speak the strange words. The ground beneath them
03:34rumbled, and the temperature in the cave dropped sharply. The light grew brighter,
03:41almost blinding, and the symbols on the walls glowed with an ominous red hue. Suddenly,
03:47the altar split open with a deafening crack, revealing a hidden staircase leading further
03:52down into the earth. A foul odor wafted up from the darkness below, and a low, guttural
04:00growl echoed from the depths. Lily grabbed Ethan's arm, her voice shaking. We need to
04:06get out of here now, but it was too late.
