00:00Friends, you will be surprised to know that in the biggest 5-star and 7-star hotels,
00:04bananas are boiled and made into a very expensive and tasty recipe.
00:07Which we can make in our homes very easily and very cheaply.
00:11For this, first of all, we have to boil some bananas for 10 minutes,
00:14take it out in a plate and let it cool.
00:15And then, we have to remove all the skin of the bananas and grind it in a mixer.
00:19And then, we will take out this ground banana paste in a bowl.
00:22And then, we will add 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of custard powder,
00:24a little bit of vanilla essence, 1 fourth cup of sugar,
00:26and a little bit of water and mix everything well.
00:28And then, in a pan, we will add a little bit of sugar and water and cook the sugar
00:32until the sugar melts well and becomes light red.
00:34And then, we have to spread this sugar in a round tiffin and spread it all over.
00:38And then, we will put all the things that we had mixed in the bowl and cover it.
00:42And we will put 1 liter of water in a cooker,
00:43put an iron stand in it and put the tiffin in the middle.
00:46And we will remove the whistle from the lid of this cooker and put it in it.
00:49And we will cook it in steam for 20 minutes.
