01:24For this world to be at peace and happiness perfectional, children must have total relaxation

01:48and freedom to roam safely with their own funds.

01:53This will imbue them with a new stress free existence like never before.

01:58And perfectly happy children become perfectly happy adults when the world cuddles everyone

02:04in happiness affluence.

02:08Man's need to perpetuate intentionally stressing sociality is going to end because women and

02:15children will no longer put up with being stressed from all angles.

02:21Money has been used to abuse and impoverish and psychologically control and neuter our

02:28dreams for too long.

02:31And now we demand happiness contentedness forever ness ness ness ness ness is.

02:39Men have got too used to letting women do things.

02:43It is now time for man to get out of the way so women will do as they wish.

02:50And those lovelinesses that they always wish to do to make the world blissy kissy cuddle

02:56fun fun are the lovelinesses we all desire.

03:00Girls voices have always been heard but ignored and they still are.

03:06Man's insistence on continuing to murder and rape his way through the population will end

03:14or all of man's within loving parameters freedoms will be revoked.

03:20Girls will be heard and man will act upon girls every wish or he will no longer have

03:26children.

03:29Women no longer need men to have babies.

03:33No longer will women be kept out of designing decisions and one of the main areas women

03:39want to make massive changes is the education systems of the world.

03:45Man holds onto his bullying approach and the whole school system is a prime example

03:52of hierarchical disgustingness.

03:55A traditional format that has no bearing on inclusivity and happiness.

04:01That just produces bullying and punishment mindsets instead of freedoms of cooperation

04:07and all inclusive cuddly wuddly yummy boo boos.

04:13A complete overhaul of the education system is of utmost concern and is needed for to

04:20become the core philosophical cuddly house of our new femi future culture mothery girly

04:28yumminessnessnesses.

04:32Girls will no longer be forced into secondary roles within education as in have all their

04:38wants systematically neutered and regulated by man's dominion and they will not put up

04:46with an uncaring and torture elitism ethos driven fear factory that we know as schooling.

04:56And one of the main areas that man is guilty of focusing his bullying approach is through

05:03the medium of physical education.

05:06And this hierarchical and excluding and uncaring philosophy drives forwards out of the schooling

05:13system and into society itself with disastrous and murderously violent effects.

05:21To change philosophy around such an institution as sport you have to start when the minds

05:28involved are developing their understandings of how sports and competitiveness can be lovingly

05:35transposed into happiness and peace of mind for all children and adults alike.

05:42The full feminization of reality has as much love to inspire in the philosophy of sports

05:49as it does in any other area of sentient activity and girls will not settle for anything less

05:58than a totally cuddly approach across the board in everything we ever do.

06:04Just as much as loving partners wish to go back to school and study together in a new

06:10global education focused system, loving partners being able to play sports together is very

06:17important too in schools, universities and professional sports teams cuddle times.

06:25No longer can man ridicule and put down ideas of togetherness and love.

06:32Man has abused via the medium of sport since sports were first introduced and he has utilised

06:39competition as a violence emotional crutch to get his addiction to aggression hit.

06:46This all comes from a place of trauma but no more will women put up with this trauma

06:53and no longer will women put up with the constant criticism that goes with competitive sports.

07:02So with the illegalisation of all critique of any kind comes a new philosophy and psychology

07:10that ensures only happiness and positivity is ever experienced by everyone.

07:17The concept of critique of any kind must go and sports, if they wish to continue to

07:24be able to exercise within the present remit of striving to do the best we can do, we have

07:30to engage fully with the understanding that at no time can anyone feel upset, not even slightly.

07:40Banning of motorsport. I have already spoken about a complete ban on all combat sports,

07:47this is something that women demand and is non-negotiable. But we also need to talk about

07:54other forms of sport that are dangerous and set the wrong tone. Considering the fact cars

08:01are perambulation devices that get us from A to B safely and that that is their function

08:08not joyriding or fast driving. I am 100% certain that women will also demand the banning

08:18of all motorsport. Motorsport is an unethical disgrace that has taken many lives and has

08:27encouraged many lives to be lost on the road networks of the world. And with the advent

08:34of motorsport computer simulations, young minds have been indoctrinated into not only

08:40dangerous driving but also the belief that the roads are places to race and joyride and

08:48endanger lives. The illegal promotion of violence we see in certain reality simulations programs

08:57is further exacerbated by extreme violence and murder within simulated road network games

09:05where people intentionally murder pedestrians and other road users and get away with it

09:11because the simulation does not immediately end. These crime simulators which are inherently

09:19illegal and real life crime itself is at an end. Men in governments that have not

09:27legislated against crime simulator computer programs all have murder charges to face.

09:35Men in law enforcement that have not been prosecuting artistic mediums content creators

09:42like film makers and crime simulation makers whom are actively promoting violence and crime

09:50all have murder charges to face. And the judiciary whilst being in a strong position to be heard

09:59on these issues, if not constantly lobbying governments to hold law enforcement to account

10:06and not constantly demanding law enforcement to go after these prosecutions, they too also

10:13have collusional charges of murder to face. As I have mentioned before in this project,

10:21the promotion of crime is illegal and men do not move against modern media that promotes

10:29crime. And this wanton disregard for the radicalization of young minds by such disgusting

10:38simulations is symptomatic of a world of men who do not care. In fact they find it funny

10:46to roam around simulated environments mass murdering people just as Hans Breivik did.

10:54This mentality transfers into all interactions that water pistol firing and snowball throwing

11:01thugs called modern children live and breathe as they find it funny to hurt and endanger

11:09the lives of others as they are indoctrinated by man's mass media violence peddling disgustingness.

11:18does not escape man's disgusting framing of reality as he militaristically references

11:26our children's minds to extreme violence conditioning as I explained earlier in this project. In

11:34a world of disgusted women whom watch on in horror, there are serious questions to answer

11:42upon the very notion that competitive sport even has a place in a modern loving society.

11:51Competition in sport. We can't walk away from games feeling unhappy ever. Or there is no

11:59place for competitive sports. Every single time we participate we have to gain happiness

12:06value from what we have done. Or the philosophy surrounding the occasion and the people involved

12:13has been pre-formulated in an intentionized stress inducing formulaic. And ultimately

12:21it is the mentality that adults create around sports which forces children to be victims

12:28of or protects children from the extreme stress and upset that can be felt from and intentionally

12:36stress inducing set up. Man's need to extend war and fighting into everything we do like

12:45language and art and finances and relationships and very importantly sporting relationships

12:53between people and teams has to be stopped. This need for warlike competitive aggression

13:01has driven untold amounts of children to suicide and drugs and extreme violence when

13:08extrapolated outwards into the extreme sporting rivalries we can see in the world today. Whether

13:16we end up with more points or less individually or as part of a team we can never be upset

13:23or aggressive or show any such like behaviors. If we can't get this right then women are

13:30going to want to ban all competitive sports and I would agree with them. I think there

13:38is a loving balance for non-aggressive sports to continue but to find this place of peace

13:44and happiness men need to change their very psychologies and philosophies and contextualizing

13:51terminologies to a completely all inclusive and loving approach. Anything less than this

13:59and I can't see such people being allowed to be involved in a new physical interactivity

14:05global loveliness and indeed if men refuse to change their emotional approach to such

14:13recreational fun times I think they will end up finding that extended exclusions from society

14:20itself will happen. New forms of physical interactivities without winners are a nice

14:28idea and I foresee many new formats being created within loving parameters as people

14:37are able to realize their dreams towards the removal of pre-installed traditions from beautiful

14:44and cuddliness and cherishing wonderments. The elitism approach that man has disgustingly

14:51forced into all modern sports sees children forced to buy into the notion that there is

14:57a hierarchy of importance and that some people are better than others and that being the

15:03best is all that is important. If competitive sport is to have a place in the world a whole

15:12new approach is needed. It is not possible to stop people from running fast and wanting

15:19to know what their time was and it isn't possible to stop people sharing such information with

15:27their friends and family and the modern day extrapolation of this is modern athletics

15:34where people are graded by their abilities to run fast or jump high etc. In a world of

15:43free information and the joys of running fast I see it very difficult to remove the concept

15:51of comparison per se and with this comes people's knowledge of whom has this time in this or

16:00that height in that but the way we absorb the information of the statistics of such

16:08activities and the way in which people interact in the caring events organizedness ethos that

16:16a new world of joy requires will ensure people participating within any physical interactivity

16:24medium are never left feeling sad in any way. We have to reward participation itself and in fact

16:34ensure everyone involved understands that their happiness whilst participating is more important

16:42than any other consideration. If we can't deliver this assurance then I see no place for competitive

16:51activities going forwards. I participated in a lot of physical activities in school and at no

16:59time was I led to believe that winning was more important than enjoying the experience and doing

17:07my best. As long as doing my best was enjoyable of course and not just for me but for everyone

17:15on my team and for the other teams we shared our experiences with too. Elitism was not a

17:24consideration and at no point was I forced to slip into that mindset and this was supported

17:31at all times by my PE teachers and my dad whom took a great interest in everything I did and

17:40for children whom within a school setting achieve recognition within physical activities there is

17:47the risk that they can at times be overly regaled for their abilities and be made to buy into the

17:55concept that they are somehow better and that victory is the goal not togetherness and a loving

18:02spirit. In this regard we desperately must change our entirety mindsets towards everything we do or

18:11forever consign our children to unhappiness and stress which will continue to violently express

18:19itself within our society. This is to the detriment of all of us and the girls are victims to this

18:28aggressive over structure that man refuses to let go of. To change our mindsets is to change the

18:37world. Prizes for everyone who goes to an Olympics. We have to look at every single avenue by which to

18:46give out rewards and prizes and we have to understand that medals are not for sport but

18:53been for military purposes. We can no longer allow militaristic mindset and conformity to

19:02spill into everything we do so instead of saying medal I will say prizes. We have to understand

19:10that all people who go to an Olympics or a comparable event deserve to get a prize and

19:18that an affluent world can easily support this and must support this or be accused of bullying.

19:25So giving prizes to the top three athletes in an event is not enough and has never been enough and

19:33giving everyone prizes whom reaching a final is not enough. We have to give everyone who

19:41participates at all stages a prize and ensure they understand that getting to an Olympics is a

19:50wonderful achievement. We have to give everyone on planet earth mother whom participates in any event

19:58at all throughout each year a lovely prize to cuddle their happiness yum yum.

20:05Prizes for all physical and social and artistic wonderfulnesses is to be our new way forwards as

20:14we cuddle and in cherish everyone's hopes and dreams and within physical interactivities

20:21multiple prizes can be given to one athlete for one event with for instance a fastest start prize

20:30that could be the first mile in a marathon or the first 100 meters in a 5000 meters or the first 10

20:37meters in a 200 meter race and fastest finish prizes could be given too and all other kinds

20:45of ideas that we can come up with. For instance giving out 100 Pulitzer prizes a year is far more

20:54meaningful than just one or even giving out one per day or even giving every five-year-old's work

21:04every day a proper Pulitzer prize and the Turner prize in art is given to a British artist

21:13or collective for a work in art-based artistic mediums.

21:25Though a Northern Irish winner has occurred they still say it is given to a British recipient

21:33which is confusing me when you could just say it is given to a Northern Irish or British recipient

21:42or you could even actually be nice and say a Northern Irish or Irish or British recipient

21:49though of course Ireland has been dropped by men of this country in regards

21:57nice things we could still do for each other and of course it would be lovely to give 20 Turner

22:04prizes to each home nation including Ireland and Northern Ireland and Wales and Scotland

22:12and England but of course there are micronations within our borders like Guernsey and Jersey

22:20and the Isle of Woman and of course many other lovely islands that get generally overlooked

22:28on such things. Do the Turner prize organisers search high and low across all territories

22:36and find lovely art? All the islands would love to have 20 Turner prizes shared between their

22:43artists too I would imagine and that's not even mentioning overseas territories that would

22:51probably like to have 20 prizes shared between them as well which would be 140 in total and of

22:59course three years old Tammy would like a proper Turner prize for her latest lovely wovely

23:06lummily yummily painty boo. Painty boo! Painty boo! Painty boo! Back to prizes in physical arts

23:18we have to give out as many prizes to as many people as possible always whilst we broaden our

23:25horizons and stop forcing sport to be elitist and segregational and exclusive. As many people

23:34as possible have to be included in such events as the Olympics with people from the crowd being

23:42encouraged to participate also within a new all-inclusive cuddleness that sees different

23:50height and weight categories for all activities including team activities becoming the norm

23:58with activities going on across all of planet earth mother within a superpositional multi-continental

24:05frame cuddle. All events have to have people of all heights and weights participating within as

24:15many different classes as possible to ensure there is as many people participating as possible

24:23with everyone getting their chance to have fun and get a lovely prize. People will want to take

24:31advanced statistical readings from all the activities for purposes of analysation of

24:38physical data but how we process such information will ultimately judge our ability to compassionise

24:47and our rights to continue with such activities or not. If we can't remove all the elitism bullying

24:56and separation and judgment then we have no ethical right to continue to hold such events.

25:04We have to have fun physical activities for all species and there will be participation for all

25:12peoples of all species or there can be no more such activities because if we are not all peoples

25:20inclusive then we are separationist and there is no place in a post-full feminization of reality

25:27world for such ideologies. We are animals and we are animated life we move around and analyse our

25:36movements and always yearn to make this experience fun and fun has to be the object for all participants

25:45so awarding rewards for all aspects of what we do is important and ensuring everyone

25:53goes away from an event no matter how big or small with an award and smile is the most

26:01important cuddle we can ever aspire to. The fact that medals are coins and are nascently derived

26:10from the idea that we give money to people for their bravery is to me an ethical disgrace.

26:17A man's life is more than a gold coin on a necklace than a copper coin on a string and

26:25the fact money is man's most lethal weapon that he abuses indiscriminately to kill and torture

26:32and fuck stroke rape for this symbol to have been used to reward men whom have been driven

26:40against their will into wars that should never have occurred is a disgrace so large as to never

26:47be rectified morally and now a violent man forces these symbols upon peaceful athletes

26:56whom are just victims of combative elitism ideology an extension of the very aggression

27:04in the form of the primitive military industrial complex we see today murdering monetarily through

27:12resource starvation and in actuality via financial market support aggressive pressure

27:20when will the world release itself from the threatening grip of military man's budget

27:26siphoning we have to let go of militantism we have to hand back all our medals

27:34modern computing can analyze in detail what happens on the court and different attributes

27:41can be selected to score points from in the formulating of league tables you might win the

27:49on baskets scored but not win on rebounds or other attributes new sports or ways of playing

27:57existing ones can be devised to facilitate many ways to win a league for instance you might win

28:05the league that you choose to that is based on not letting the opposition score against you

28:12and the least goals conceded being the league victory requirement whilst competing against

28:17teams trying to score as much as possible as not the most points will win them their

28:22partition of the league but the most goals scored sometimes a team scores more goals in a league

28:29but does not win the league or cup so an alternative trophy can be awarded just as special

28:36as the traditional one in fact some teams may seek certain new types of trophies

28:44and wins over the traditional they may wish to re-specialize etc we need nba netball and

28:54basketball teams that are mixed genders and are height class specific and that have mixed heights

29:02rules with one person from each height category or one person from each weight category so to

29:09facilitate people of all heights and weights participating in a sport that at present is

29:16non-inclusive based upon height preferences and physical attribute preferences we have to cater

29:24for weight differences as many larger people want to play professional sports we could have for

29:31instance a six foot five inch mixed weight nba league that has people of that height but widely

29:39differing weight classes also body mass index could be utilized for a six foot zero inch

29:47classification where all the athletes are 260 pounds but have differing muscle weights and fat

29:55weights we could have teams composed of five women and five trans women or a team composed of

30:04five trans women and five men or five women and five trans men or anything combination we can

30:13think of and the football world cup has to have lots of these categories to show diversity also

30:21or it cannot continue trying to design the way we analyze the data from physical activities

30:29to give every team in the league a chance to win the league but in different ways whilst

30:34maintaining healthy and happy enjoyment is the only way forwards at the start of the season

30:42teams may need to select their enjoyment aim as in pick their category and only so many teams

30:50can pick certain categories which they stick to and this creates functionality of the league

30:56through differing competition dynamics against other teams based on their objectives for the

31:02season maybe this isn't for me to decide or pre-design a way forwards as it is for all peoples

31:10to enjoy the process of development i'm just trying to help people to understand that elitism has to

31:18go and that inclusivity is the most important cuddle whatever we do decide people of all body

31:27types have to be included in all sports at all levels including professional with different

31:34height and weight classes and whatever any other classes people can think of we are talking about

31:40a lot more people being involved in professional sports and international sports and the money

31:48and interest created by such being shared out equally between agendas and fairly between

31:55different categories that may or may not have different levels of public interest

32:01there is also the possibility of all physical activities being unpaid fun times but this seems

32:10unfair as other people get paid for their activities and why should people be penalized

32:17for enjoying themselves and spending a lot of their time doing something they really love

32:24there is of course the options for any people to put together any team type or league type

32:31of their wishes and for it to be legislatively supported that all ideas will be supported

32:37by venues and physical activities bodies etc everything can be turned into bullying in fact

32:46everything is turned into bullying but many of the things that are turned into bullying are not

32:52inherently bullying what we call sport a term that is probably going to be abolished because of the

32:59historical trauma associated with it the murder and hunting and now the aggressive transference

33:06nature of modern sports etc what i am referring to as physical activities by their very nature

33:14to compare and score could be called hierarchical in nature but whatever physical activities we do

33:23do we will always compare how we do them it is the nature of our reality teaching people

33:31how to be nice and to play for fun and feel entertained with a sporting event that has

33:37been a higher scoring than the other team occasion or a lower scoring than the other team occasion

33:44is fundamentally important fun is the goal not winning doing one's best to achieve but not one's

33:53best to belittle or even revel in the victory no longer can people come away from any event

34:01feeling sad this is our main goal teaching our children and parents and each other to be happy

34:10to try our best whatever the outcome is the only importance the inherent nature of being alive

34:19is that our minds are computing and processing and data analyzing and we remember what people

34:26have done in the past and we formulate our experiences around this data recording and

34:33its present and future relevances but how we feel importance towards and how we cherish these

34:40memories and how these cuddles are part of superspecial formulaic for future happinesses

34:47is for us all to compassionately logicalize and even simply emotio-compassionize as an utmost

34:55importance the feelings of individuals can no longer take precedence over the feelings of a team

35:03and the feelings of one or a few teams can no longer take precedence over the feelings of

35:10everyone whomsoever wishes to enjoy their time engaging within a new physical interactive

35:18world of cuddly times yumminesses celebrations ethics for formulated competitive physical

35:27activities as we impresently enjoy to continue one thing is certain the way in which we achieve

35:34can no longer be one of superiority and belittlement and goading even a seemingly

35:40innocuous celebration in football to your own crowd whilst enjoying the moment can create

35:47an unpleasant experience for the other team who have turned up to enjoy the occasion

35:54the continuation of any celebrations seems difficult to accept whilst we have to replace

36:00this enjoyment with mutual happiness for all participants and congratulations from any and

36:06all people throughout the event and not just an uncomfortable and begrudging acceptance of

36:14disjoyment once the time has run out if we play to win then we play for our opposition to lose

36:23and this is not a healthy mindset to have as it forces hierarchy and superiority and elitism

36:32to ruin the experiences of most people involved with just a small subsection of the winning team

36:40feeling good about the occasion and when we celebrate we show an adherence to this bullying

36:47ideology either team whether they emerge with more points or not has to be completely happy

36:54with how things have gone with people of both teams being happy to see a nice move or interesting

37:02physio idea play out our enjoyment focus has to be mutually engaging across the traditional

37:11opposing team divide dynamic and not isolationarily individualistic or one team

37:19based if we can't get this right if we can't all love all that we do then we can't continue

37:27to do those things that make any one person sad protective clothing for physical activities

37:36there is a discussion to be had amongst those whom care to say should we even be participating

37:43in physical activities that carry risk of any kind shouldn't all risk be reduced to a minimum

37:50virtual zero percent wherever possible the risk in traditional sports for instance even a non-contact

37:58sport like basketball is still quite high at times because people are getting injured playing

38:04basketball all the time across planet earth mother and the inherent risks of serious injuries

38:12even if in the future we can fix all injuries and even turn our back on death there is still

38:19a large burden of ethicality to assuage within a continued justification of risk taking itself

38:28and the continued inclusion within our societal structure of risk taking acceptance per se

38:36within the remit of the burden of legislative protections for athletes within their chosen

38:43sport we find that not enough is done to protect people from harm and serious injury

38:50the whole assumption of man that it is for someone to press charges against an assailant

38:56if they dare to considering they could become a target of further aggression is a complete

39:02disgrace as it encourages corruptions and perversions of justice law enforcement must

39:09always press charges as regards the demands of current legislation legislation pertaining

39:16to the protection from physical attack and intentional aggression and on sports pitches

39:23and courts across the world we see men not getting prosecuted for intentional and illegal

39:30physical assaults and for intentionally dangerous play the corrupt nature of policing in the so-called

39:37developed world sees violence on basketball courts where it is against the rules to push and grab and

39:43throw each other and refuses to go to athletes after games and ask if they wish to press charges

39:51against their assailants this is the world of man where policemen are corrupt and pro-violence

39:58in a very intentional ignoring of the letter of the law if a physical altercation ever occurs

40:06in my opinion it must always be prosecuted to protect people and prevent the corruption

40:12of the minds of other participants who may see this behavior and adopt this violence into their

40:18own mindset in theory this is how the law is supposed to work as it formulates a psychological

40:25deterrent by enforcing punishments to deter further such incidents but in this world where

40:32men have the option to press charges or not it is also written into law that whenever an altercation

40:39occurs it is the duty of law enforcement to approach victims of physical attack and find

40:46out whether they would wish to press charges or not this duty is non-negotiable but police officers

40:53do not go to victims of sports assaults after games to even pursue whether people would wish

41:00to press charges even though assaults that are outside the remit of the rules of the game have

41:06occurred and athletes have been harmed and physically assaulted intentionally post full

41:14feminization of reality any law breaking will automatically be prosecuted regardless of

41:20individuals wanting charges pressed or not and the letter of the law will be followed and police

41:27and prosecutors will have no corrupt wriggle room to exercise their opinions or philosophical or

41:33even political bias further to the need for physical protection within physical activities

41:40we must consider the need for prevention of serious injuries we have to be analyzing all

41:47the ways in which people are injured in great detail to create an environment of zero percent

41:53chance of injury as serious life-changing injuries occur to people of all ages and girls do not wish

42:01this to continue when there are methods of prevention that are possible many parents are

42:08known to discourage their children from getting into physical activities in entirety due to the

42:15inherent risks involved so if we look at all physical activities and the common injuries

42:22that tend to be inherent to specific types of physical formats we have to analyze in absolute

42:28detail all focal points of potential harm and develop completely effective protective equipment

42:36and clothing and accessories for immediate and legislated uptake so we can respect the ethical

42:44protection of all peoples too many people have had extremely serious injuries and have lost their

42:50lives participating in sports and the systematic priority towards and adherence to tradition

42:58fulfillment and non-change mentality over the need for the protection of our babies from serious harm

43:07leaves a lot of parents and scientists and medical practitioners completely disgusted

43:13by man's refusal to do everything necessary to stop all injuries ever occurring unless you can

43:21adopt the ethos that all injuries are unacceptable and that we must do everything we can to prevent

43:27them i suggest you do not have the correct mentality to be participating or getting involved

43:34in the organization of any physical activities and you do not have the correct mentality to have

43:42and protect children i play basketball and love to participate in many competitive physical

43:50activities but i am willing to say this despite the challenges to delivering risk-free physical

43:57activity interaction we have to do our best to protect then reassess whether it is good enough

44:05ethically and in actuality at present we haven't even tried and new protective equipment and apparel

44:14will be developed and utilized and rules of physical activities will be changed to protect

44:22people's bodies or they will be banned by the gorgeous girls we have to be working

44:28on advanced body protection technologies as priority athletes getting fair tv royalties

44:38if royalties for athletes being on tv for the olympics is worked out at half the revenue made

44:45as they do half the work the organizers and tv people do the other half so then i am sure

44:52considering athletes training is a full-time training job an all year round job that all

44:59the athletes would be happy to share the entire events tv footage pot that they collectively

45:05accumulate split equally between everyone and of course rich athletes who make a lot of money

45:13from other revenue streams from their chosen professional sport or advertising income would

45:18probably insist that their share be foregone to the advantage of the other olympians as in their

45:26share being put back in the communal pot at the moment olympic athletes do not make money from

45:33their work only subsidy from the governments and a lucky few get advertising opportunities

45:40this must change athletes must get paid fairly for their work a lot of money is being made by tv

45:50companies and they are in my mind illegally profiteering from other people's copyrighted work

45:57as in the athletes physically expressed tv footage ownership and the sporting bodies if they

46:04are contractualizing people out of their rights they are colluding to do people out of their

46:11earnings and of course there is the massive issue of lots of footage being uploaded to video sharing

46:19through illegally set up content channels and channel owners making ad revenue and the site

46:27making ad revenue or the site even telling the channel that they can't make ad revenue but then

46:33the site decides to run ads and then the site decides to pocket the revenue themselves all of

46:41these copyright theft activities are illegal there is no such thing as fair usage in copyright

46:49law unless one gets express written permission from the actual copyright owner of the content

46:57i will also add to this that in my mind the athletes themselves are partial or complete

47:04copyright owners of this footage partial of multiple athlete featuring footage and total

47:12of sections of footage that only feature them on screen contracts to sign away these rights

47:19would be required from all athletes but would be immoral as copyright ownership must always lie

47:26with the person actually doing the work and not secondary parties like film crews tv companies

47:33etc athletes are not asked to sign documents to relinquish their rights to ownership of their work

47:41and neither can they be legally pressured to do so they have a right to compete based on merit

47:48and that is what qualifies them to decide the end utilization of their earned resources

47:55one legally owns one's image and rights to such and one legally possesses the power of veto over

48:03any usage of said still or moving images which can be exercised within certain parameters

48:10it should not be possible to sign away such rights as they should be constitutionally legislatively

48:18protected regardless of any legalities on the subject we all know that morally speaking

48:26the athletes should at the very least be making half the revenue
