00:00I am here to share with you an update on what the authorities are doing.
00:10For your information, at 9.30am this morning,
00:18we discussed and decided to expand the search location.
00:27With the help of the IWK, we decided to open the main hall.
00:37There are 6 main halls.
00:39We believe that there is a possibility that the suspect is in the main hall.
00:50The first main hall is in front of Wisma Yakin.
00:54It is about 100 metres away.
00:58The second main hall is on Jalan Melayu.
01:02The third main hall is at the intersection of Jalan Melayu.
01:05The fourth main hall is at Dataran Merdeka.
01:07The fifth main hall is at the agricultural bank, Lebuh Pasar.
01:11And the sixth main hall is at Bulatan Kinabalu.
01:14At around 10.30am, the main hall in front of Wisma Yakin was opened.
01:24The bombers sent a team to go down.
01:30Unfortunately, we did not find any evidence that the suspect was in the main hall.
01:40We are in the process of conducting a search in the second main hall on Jalan Melayu.
01:51The search is still going on.
01:55We pray that there will be evidence for the next steps until the suspect is found.
02:04I would like to ask all of you to cooperate with the search team.
02:16At the same time, we would like to advise the visitors and the businesses
02:25to avoid guests who are in the main hall.
02:38The second thing I would like to address is about safety.
02:43In the area of Jalan Masjid India, it happened yesterday.
02:48Yesterday, the Chief of Police of Kuala Lumpur and the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur
02:57confirmed that the area around here is safe to visit.
03:03At the same time, the BKL is still conducting further research on the land structure in this area
03:13for us to see in more detail.
03:18For your confirmation, the area around here is still safe for us to visit.
03:27Is the search in the main hall stage by stage?
03:31The operation in the main hall is stage by stage.
03:35We cannot focus on one thing at a time.
03:39This involves the lives of the survivors.
03:43After we opened the main hall in front of Wisma Yakin, we did not find any evidence.
03:50Now, the BKL and IWK team are in the main hall of Jalan Melayu.
03:58Hopefully, we will find something.
04:01If we do not find a body, God willing, we will try to get some evidence
04:05so that we can plan what are the next actions to be taken.
04:09Sir, how is the situation down there? Is the water still clear?
04:14I think the bomber team can answer.
04:18According to the current water situation, this is a domestic dam.
04:23The use of domestic water is insufficient for this morning.
04:27According to yesterday, the water level is only 3 feet.
04:32The flow is still fast, but the water level is low.
04:37How many people can enter? How wide is the search area?
04:43The main hall is actually big, but to avoid any accidents,
04:52we only send one officer to enter.
04:56To enter, it is full of toxic gas.
04:59We need to use full PPE, full BASF,
05:03so that there is no toxic gas emitted by the rescue officers.
05:11What about the drone technology?
05:13Where can we replace the bomber?
05:17So far, we have used all the expertise and technology that we have.
05:24We have also received help from friendly agencies,
05:27such as the Bomboh, WK, and BKL.
05:30If there is a need, because it is narrow down there,
05:35there may be space down there.
05:37But to use other technologies,
05:40we will consider it after we have completed an action.
05:46God willing, if there is a need,
05:48we will use the existing technology to help in this search.
05:54What about other aids, such as K9 units,
05:56which are not used to detect the location of the victims?
05:59We have used the K9 unit last night,
06:01but so far, there has been no positive results.
06:06Is there a need to use the K9 unit?
06:08So far, we have no need to use the K9 unit.
06:12If there is a need, we will call.
06:15Do you know the number of people who can enter the main hall?
06:20So far, I have discussed with the bomber,
06:22what we have done in the main hall in Wisma Yakin,
06:24there is only one person in front of the bomber who can enter.
06:27It is enough to do the search down there.
06:30Sir, what is the distance between the main hall and the main hall?
06:34If you look from here to the main hall in Wisma Yakin,
06:37the distance from here is about 100 meters.
06:40So, from the main hall to the main hall in Wisma Yakin,
06:44the distance is about 100 meters.
06:52As far as I can see, the distance from here to Wisma Yakin is about 100 meters.
06:56The distance from Wisma Yakin to the main hall in Wisma Yakin is about 100 meters.
06:59So, there are 6 main halls that we will open.
07:04We will discuss with the IWK and WKL.
07:08The bomber team will enter.
07:11We pray that we will find something.
07:13Okay, that's all.
07:15Thank you, gentlemen.
