00:11Yeah, I think it's been a tough start to the season, played probably three of the top teams
00:17in this league from last year, I think they were all in the top five if that's correct.
00:21So it's always going to be a tough start, I think today and Saturday both at home we
00:26showed what we can do in this league and I don't think Southport and Scunthorpe can
00:31come off the pitch and think that was an easy game. I think we made it tough for them,
00:37it is, I would say obviously because I always won a game either way with a pen,
00:41I'd say it's harsh but at the end of the day I gave them the opportunity to give decisions,
00:45so you've got to hold your hand up, be a man sometimes and if decisions don't go your way
00:49they don't go your way, if you make a mistake you make a mistake and unfortunately in this league
00:53if you make one mistake I think that's the only mistake you make in the game and get punished,
00:57so I think that's going to be a thing the whole season but it's three games into the season so
01:02I don't think any of us are worried. I think Scunthorpe, obviously they're an unreal team,
01:05they played in the league two years ago so for a little old Needham Market I think,
01:09we were talking about a stat earlier and I think there's what about 4,000-5,000 people in Needham
01:13and that's what they get in their home games, so that population they probably brought more away
01:17fans than we ever have home fans, so I think we give a good account of ourselves, we're always
01:21going to give a good account of ourselves no matter what happens this year, we've got to keep
01:24on with the punches and see where we go, I think we'll get up to speed with the whole league,
01:29I think we're starting to do that slowly but surely, it's only three games in and once we do
01:33and we start to get a goal, I think once we get one goal we might actually be a force to be reckoned
01:37with, definitely here because I think it's tough, it's tough for anyone that comes here so nothing
01:42to be ashamed of, all of us are still proud of each other, we're going to go again Thursday,
01:46go again Saturday, another tough game right at Radcliffe and just see where we go from there.
01:50Yeah and Millsy made quite an impact when he came on and he came so close to getting your equaliser
01:55with his head coming off the upright. Yeah from the corner, we do work on that quite a lot with
02:00that corner, sometimes it comes off, sometimes it doesn't, it came off a lot of times last season so
02:04we just keep trying to continue to do the things that we've done last season, maybe some people
02:08say it won't work but we think if we keep sticking at it, eventually it's going to work and then
02:12the tide's going to start to turn, but yeah definitely I thought Millsy come on,
02:16everyone that comes on, Joe McGrath, they're going to make an impact, I think this year
02:21it's going to be massive, the substitutions, I think we're in a similar place to Whips which
02:25I'm a friend of, I know that's a big difference but there's parallels isn't there, there's a lot
02:29of parallels and it's going to be very important for us, most of us are new to this league so
02:35not everyone's going to be playing every game, not everyone's going to be playing 90 minutes so I
02:38think we're starting to get used to that and hopefully we can just kick on, keep learning
02:42from every game and just kick on. And finally good vocal backing from your fans here tonight,
02:47they certainly made themselves heard behind that goal. Yeah 100 percent, I think they're always
02:51going to back us, we're a team that's just come to this league, never been in this league so
02:55I think it's an amazing thing that we do have the backing because a lot of people would go,
02:59by now a lot of people would start to see it turn but I think they're proud of the performance,
03:03they're seeing that we're putting our all into everything and if it doesn't come off,
03:06it doesn't come off, as long as we give our all I think that's all they want, that's what we want
03:09from them so yeah it's perfect that they are backing us and we'll continue to work for them
03:13as much as they do for us. Well you can certainly walk off this pitch with your heads held high so
