00:39who was arrested by the police in Porok, Pampanga, Lucky South 99.

00:44They were on their way to Singapore.

00:47Guo, Ong, and the brothers of former mayors Sheila and Wesley were in Singapore for almost a month

00:54before returning to Batam, Indonesia on a ferry last Sunday, August 18.

01:15Guo's brother Wesley is no longer in Indonesia.
