00:04the complaint of material misrepresentation of Comelec against Goh is still going on.

00:10According to Comelec Chairman George Garcia of Superradio DZBB,

00:14their complaint has nothing to do with the decision of Ombudsman.

00:18This August 13, Comelec filed a subpoena against Goh

00:22in relation to the complaint of the former mayor of his Certificate of Candidacy

00:25regarding the citizenship of the former mayor of his Certificate of Candidacy in the election of 2022.

00:32Comelec is still waiting for Comelec to file a counter-affidavit against Goh.

00:37Goh also filed a complaint with the Department of Justice

00:40in relation to the complaint of Qualified Human Trafficking

00:43in connection with the former mayor who was raided by POGO in Mambantarlac.

00:48In the counter-affidavit filed this Friday,

00:52Goh was called politically motivated to file a complaint to destroy his reputation.

00:58It is clear that he is involved in human trafficking

01:01because he has been a stockholder of Baufu Land Development,

01:06the owner of the land that was raided by POGO in Mambantarlac.

01:10According to the DOJ, they will investigate Goh's appeal.
