00:00Under the inquest, the brother of the dismissed Mambantarlac Mayor Alice Guo, Sheila Guo, is now under the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation.

00:10She is also facing a complaint from Cassandra Lee Ong, who is said to be a representative of the Locky South 99 Pogo Hub in Porac, Pampanga.

00:18According to the Department of Justice, the complaint of obstruction of justice and violation of the Passport Act will be filed.

00:24Aside from that, Ong also has a contempt order against her.

00:28She also has a complaint of violation of the Immigration Laws against Sheila Guo, who was also arrested by the Senate because she did not comply with the hearings on Pogo.

00:39Last night, Ong's lawyer, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, came to the NBI and questioned why they brought his client to the NBI.

00:47Ong was supposed to be brought to the House of Representatives because the camera was attempting to contempt him.

00:52However, Ong's statement was correct.

00:57Yesterday afternoon, Guo and Ong arrived at Naia Terminal 1 in Pasay after being turned over by the Indonesian Immigration.

01:04According to the Bureau of Immigration, last week, they were in contact with their counterparts in Indonesia, which is why Guo and Ong were arrested.

01:13They were brought back to the Philippines because they were considered undesirable.

01:17From Naia, Guo and Ong were brought to the office of the Bureau of Immigration in Manila for processing, booking, and profiling.

01:25The two were also checked up after Guo's condition worsened.

01:29They were then transferred to the NBI detention facility.
