00:00The brother is now under the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation or NBI,

00:04former Mamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo, Sheila Guo, and Cassandra Leong,

00:10the incorporator of Lockheed South 99 Pogo in Porac, Pampanga.

00:15They arrived in Naiyakapo, Sinagwo and Ong after they were turned over by the Indonesian Immigration.

00:20On August 20, the authorities in Indonesia blocked Sinagwo and Ong.

00:24That same day, they were supposed to go to Singapore.

00:29According to the Bureau of Immigration, last week, they had a meeting in Indonesia

00:33so they were monitored and blocked by Sinagwo.

00:36They were sent back to the Philippines because they are considered undesirable.

00:40From Naiya, Sinagwo and Ong were brought to the office of the Bureau of Immigration in Manila

00:45to attend the inquest proceedings.

00:48The two were also checked up after Guo's condition worsened.

00:51The lawyer of Ong, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, also arrived.

00:55He is questioning why the two were transferred to the NBI.

00:59According to the DOJ, Sheila Guo will face a complaint of violation of immigration laws.

01:04She was sentenced to an arrest order because she did not comply with the regulations on Pogo.

01:10Ong is also facing a complaint of obstruction of justice and violation of the Passport Act.
