वक़्फ़ बोर्ड अमेंडमेंट बिल के सवाल पर मुस्लिम स्कॉलर असगर अली इमाम मेंहदी ने कहा, वक़्फ़ बोर्ड अमेंडमेंट बिल जो आया है उसे जितने लोगों ने पढ़ा है, ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ ने भी ग़ौर किया है और उसमें साफ़ साफ़ नज़र आ रहा है कि उसमें कहीं भी मुस्लिमों का फ़ायदा नहीं है और इस बिल को बिना मुसलमानों से डिस्कस किए वक़्फ़ की हक़ीक़त को और वक़्फ़ की ताक़त को ख़त्म करना है।
