Miracle Doctor Episode 75

Ali is the son of a poor family who grew up in a provincial city. Due to his autism and savant syndrome, he has been constantly excluded and marginalized. Ali has difficulty communicating, and has two friends in his life: His brother and his rabbit. Ali loses both of them and now has only one wish: Saving people. After his brother's death, Ali is disowned by his father and grows up in an orphanage. Dr Adil discovers that Ali has tremendous medical skills due to savant syndrome and takes care of him. After attending medical school and graduating at the top of his class, Ali starts working as an assistant surgeon at the hospital where Dr Adil is the head physician. Although some people in the hospital administration say that Ali is not suitable for the job due to his condition, Dr Adil stands behind Ali and gets him hired. Ali will change everyone around him during his time at the hospital

00:16Look at me.
00:18Me? Kıvılcım Hanım?
00:20Yes, both of you.
00:22Yes, Kıvılcım Hanım.
00:24What's going on?
00:26Nothing. Kıvılcım Hanım, what's going on?
00:28Did you see something strange in me? Why are you whispering?
00:31Please, Ms. Kulcim, what do you mean?
00:33Okay, cut! Don't answer me!
00:35Look at me, everyone in this hospital will do their job. Do you understand me?
00:40Okay, Ms. Kulcim.
00:42What are you going to do in this hospital? Do you understand me?
00:44Ms. Kulcim, please don't disturb my employees.
00:48Guys, mind your own business.
00:50Okay, Ms. Kulcim.
00:58Ms. Kulcim, I prepared the documents you asked for.
01:17Okay, give it to me.
01:29Damn it!
01:31The whole hospital has gone crazy.
01:33I swear, they are all crazy.
01:35Okay, go. Don't write anymore.
01:41What happened to your eyebrow?
01:43I like it a lot.
01:44Look at my eyebrow.
01:45Are you seeing that eyebrow again?
01:46No, I'm not.
01:48Gül, give me a pen.
01:50What's going on here?
01:52Huh?
01:53What's going on here?
01:55What's going on here?
01:57Didn't I tell you not to get involved in this?
02:00Huh?
02:01Didn't I?
02:02Ms. Kulcim, I'm really sorry.
02:05We were on a break.
02:07How did it happen all of a sudden?
02:09Okay, Gül, cut it out.
02:10But really, we normally pay a lot of attention.
02:12Really.
02:13You're fired!
02:14Do you understand?
02:16What?
02:17Ms. Kulcim, one second.
02:18Gül has no fault. I insisted on her.
02:20Oh my God!
02:21Don't worry, you're fired too.
02:24Ms. Kulcim, don't do this.
02:26We're really sorry.
02:27You should have thought of this before you came here.
02:31If you want to be mad at someone, be mad at yourself.
02:33Do you understand?
02:34And then at Belize.
02:35How nice.
02:36She can hire someone according to her head.
02:39Since I'm fired too.
02:41Okay?
02:42One minute, one minute, Ms. Kulcim.
02:43What's going on?
02:44Selvi.
02:45You don't talk at all anyway, Selvi.
02:46What do you mean I don't talk at all?
02:48Okay, don't answer me.
02:50You're picking up your hair.
02:52You're disappearing from my sight.
02:54I swear, if I see you here, I'll call security.
02:57Do you understand?
02:58I don't thank any of you for your service.
03:04Look at this.
03:05It's not a hospital, it's a amusement park.
03:10Wait a minute, stop.
03:11Don't be ridiculous.
03:12No.
03:13I'm talking to Ms. Belize.
03:14How can it be such a ridiculous thing?
03:16She fired us.
03:17Stop.
03:18Okay, don't cry.
03:19Mecnun, what are we going to do?
03:21I don't know.
03:38Would you want another autism doctor in the hospital?
03:44I don't know.
03:45I never thought about it.
03:48But maybe if there was another autism doctor,
03:50I wouldn't have paid so much attention.
03:54Fortunately, you're a pretty good doctor.
03:57Because you're so good at your job,
03:59people forget that they have autism.
04:11You're new, so you don't fully understand, Damla.
04:15Autism is a part of my identity.
04:17That's why I'm good at my job.
04:20It's my difference.
04:21And my Savant syndrome, which is rarely seen in autism.
04:27That's why I look at cases differently than other people.
04:32Besides, I don't want you to forget this.
04:38I want you to accept it.
04:41I want you to take me between you like this.
04:45Is this going to be a little difficult for you, Damla?
04:49If so, you can tell me.
04:52I've gotten used to people like you for years.
04:56To making fun of you, to keeping your distance.
04:59No, I didn't mean anything like that.
05:02If so, you can tell me.
05:04I can handle it.
05:06You don't have to be my friend.
05:08Ali, don't worry.
05:11I mean, I don't know if we'll be friends.
05:14But you won't feel bad about me.
05:20Don't worry.
05:22There are people here who love you more than you think.
05:28Yes, folks.
05:31We're doing the surgery.
05:33Get ready, quick.
05:37Come on!
05:45A FEW HOURS LATER
05:53Get well soon.
05:57Oh, they're here.
06:01Uncle Yaşar, they didn't let you in the room.
06:04Didn't you come in the evening?
06:05We came, but we couldn't stay.
06:08He made a mess again.
06:09He had very important things to do.
06:11Yes, I had important things to do.
06:14I bought a jeep.
06:17Don't look at me like that.
06:18I mean, if I say jeep, it's a small thing.
06:21What's next, Uncle Yaşar?
06:23Like taking a rocket and going to Mars or something?
06:25You'll get rid of the dust there.
06:29It was a bad joke, Ali.
06:31I had to walk around outside.
06:33When I got home, I felt dizzy.
06:35I fainted all of a sudden.
06:37I hit my head on the corner of the table.
06:40I think I have liver poisoning.
06:43Liver?
06:45He ate two huge plates of mussels.
06:48Almost 500 of them.
06:50Calm down, dear.
06:51How can I calm down, Yaşar?
06:53Didn't the mussel-eating kids tell you?
06:55Didn't they say, uncle, if you eat so much, you'll die?
06:58You didn't listen.
06:59You ate your head, Yaşar, you ate your head.
07:02You're emptying our bank accounts, too.
07:04Not that much, dear.
07:05I broke his retirement account.
07:07It won't work for me in the future anyway.
07:10Okay, I'll take a look, then.
07:13Uncle Yaşar, you don't have liver poisoning or anything.
07:15If you did, we would have noticed.
07:19Does it hurt here?
07:21It itches.
07:26We'll keep you under observation for a few more days.
07:29We need to do some tests, okay?
07:30How much?
07:32Yaşar.
07:33What Yaşar, dear?
07:34I mean, we have a reservation in Costa Rica.
07:37We can't miss the flight.
07:38No, sir, no.
07:39I can't leave all my life and live in the middle of a forest.
07:43And I can't stay here.
07:45So you're going to leave me, aren't you?
07:47After this age?
07:49Look, dear.
07:50I've been with you for 45 years.
07:53I really love you.
07:55But I want to go to Costa Rica, too.
07:57I hope you'll come with me.
08:01Whether you come or not, I'll go.
08:04Okay, go then, go.
08:07I don't know the man in front of me, but he's not my husband.
08:10But I'm so happy for the first time in my life.
08:13I'm so happy.
08:18You're happy for the first time in your life, aren't you?
08:23Okay, okay, okay.
08:24Enjoy it then.
08:26That's all from me.
08:28You're happy for the first time in your life.
08:30Okay, that's all from me.
08:36I'm so happy for the first time in my life.
08:38I'm so happy for the first time in my life.
08:41I'm so happy.
08:46I'm so happy.
08:58Dear.
09:01Do you hear me?
09:04I don't know if you hear me or not.
09:08I talked to you so much when I was pregnant.
09:11Maybe you can hear me.
09:15What did I tell you?
09:18What dreams did I have?
09:23I raised you in my dreams.
09:29I became a very beautiful, very smart girl.
09:34I went to school.
09:39I had a job.
09:42I married you.
09:45I even had a wedding.
09:48I wore my wedding dress.
09:53I was so proud of you.
09:57I cried with you, I laughed with you.
10:00I thanked you.
10:03Maybe none of this will be true now.
10:10But my daughter.
10:13I thank you for letting me live this for a couple of days.
10:19I thank you for being my child.
10:23I saw your face once.
10:27Thank God.
10:33I love you.
10:56Don't cry.
10:59Gülen.
11:01I just heard.
11:05Güneş.
11:12Are you ready?
11:14It's almost over.
11:18What are we going to do?
11:20Don't cry. We'll find a way.
11:24What are we going to do?
11:28Don't think it's over.
11:30There is justice, there is law.
11:32We'll open a case.
11:34Is it so easy to fire someone without questioning?
11:39Don't lose hope. There is Adil.
11:42Yes.
11:43What will Adil do?
11:45She is the assistant manager.
11:47She can fire us or sell us.
11:49You'll find another job.
11:51Don't you have a job?
11:53How can we find a job?
11:55I don't know.
11:58I don't know.
12:00Maybe I'll go back to my country.
12:04But how can I leave you?
12:07Don't think like that. We'll always see each other.
12:15What's going on here?
12:18Gülen, are you okay?
12:20Ms. Beliz.
12:22Ms. Kıvılcım fired me.
12:24What do you mean?
12:26She said...
12:28...if you hire someone you like...
12:31...she'll fire you.
12:34She fired Güneş.
12:40I'll take care of it.
12:42I'm sorry.
12:44Why are you sorry?
12:46Did you do anything to be sorry?
12:49I'll come back to you.
12:51Okay.
12:54Okay.
13:04Kıvılcım.
13:12What do you think you're doing?
13:14You hire someone without asking me.
13:17I fire someone without asking you.
13:19Take back your decision.
13:22Do you take back your decision?
13:24Do you send her back?
13:26No.
13:28Then I don't take it back.
13:32Are you sure?
13:34Yes.
13:38Do you think so?
13:40Yes.
13:48Do we have to take more?
13:51If we take more...
13:53...we'll be addicted to ilium.
13:55The baby can't gain weight.
13:57If it doesn't gain weight...
14:01Abdominal muscles are very hard.
14:04They are too tight because they develop around the gap.
14:08It's like a corset.
14:12If we take them apart...
14:14...can't we open up the muscles...
14:16...and reduce the volume of the abdominal cavity?
14:18No.
14:19Those muscles are a part of the abdomen.
14:21If we take them apart, they'll fall apart.
14:23If we separate the layers...
14:25...we'll open up a space between the muscle and the skin.
14:27We'll save more intestines.
14:33Ferman.
14:35Take Ali and the intestines.
14:37Damla, let's go to the heart.
14:39Okay.
14:41Give me a sponge.
14:46Well done, Damla.
15:00Zona?
15:02Is it something like a water flower?
15:04But I had it when I was this small.
15:07It's a dormant virus, Uncle Yaşar.
15:09It's in hibernation.
15:11It woke up again...
15:13...when chemotherapy was administered.
15:15It hurts a little.
15:17It's easy to treat. Don't worry.
15:21Do you want us to call Aunt Suheyla?
15:25No, dear.
15:27You make me feel better. I'll go.
15:31So you'll go back to high school?
15:35There's no end to it.
15:37You're right, Doctor. It's hard.
15:39But I'm trying to do what we all dream of.
15:44We're trying to make a living.
15:47It's nice to do it while you're young...
15:51...but...
15:53...can I tell you a secret?
15:56This disease felt like a blessing to me.
16:00If it hadn't happened to me...
16:03...I'd have lived like a grasshopper until I was 90.
16:06I wouldn't have enjoyed life.
16:09You're right, Uncle Yaşar.
16:11It's important to enjoy life.
16:13But as Demir said...
16:16...that's not the whole story.
16:18Come on!
16:20Wait a minute.
16:22Can you think again, Uncle Yaşar?
16:27Wait a minute.
16:29Don't you have a problem with your muscle?
16:33It shouldn't move that much.
16:35That's good. Costa Rica excitement made me feel better.
16:39Let me see.
16:45I'm not sure about that.
16:47We need to do a few more tests.
16:49Nazlı, come with me.
16:51What tests?
16:53What tests?
16:57The circumcision.
17:02Come on, Ali.
17:06Take this.
17:08Cut it.
17:14Good. It's in place.
17:16How are you, sir?
17:18I'm fine.
17:20Let's get the cardiac support.
17:22Ali, it's up to you to save the heart.
17:28Would you like to do it?
17:33I'd love to.
17:35Go.
17:53The pressure in the abdomen is normal.
17:55The blood flow continues in the intestines.
17:57The heart seems to be in good condition.
18:02The pulmonary pressure is dropping.
18:07Prostacyclin and nitric oxide. It's urgent.
18:09Hurry, hurry, hurry!
18:11We need to lower the pressure in the lungs.
18:13The oxygen levels are dropping.
18:15The pulmonary ventilators aren't responding.
18:17The heart has become very strong.
18:19The heart has become very weak.
18:21We need to lower the pressure in the heart.
18:23Let's get the cardiac test. It's urgent.
18:25Stop, stop, stop!
18:27Ali, don't be ridiculous. The baby is dying.
18:29No, be quiet. Please, listen.
18:31Please listen. Be quiet and listen.
18:33One minute, one minute.
18:35Yes, Ali.
18:49Check one.
19:13Check one.
19:16Check one.
19:18Check one.
19:20When the heart was weak, the blood flowed in the opposite direction.
19:22And the pressure increased.
19:24Now I listened, sir. Now I listened.
19:26When the pressure was very high, the blood in the heart...
19:28...made it go down.
19:30Because then there was a backflow.
19:32But when we fixed the heart aneurysm...
19:34...the backflow disappeared.
19:36But we can still pretend to have a heart aneurysm.
19:38Yes.
19:40It only works when it needs it.
19:42And it lowers the pressure.
19:44One minute, one minute.
19:46You say we're going to open a door to the heart wall.
19:48And when the pressure increases on the right side...
19:50...that door will open, it will slide to the side...
19:52...and it will lower the pressure in the lungs.
19:54And it will stay closed in other times, right?
19:56Exactly, sir. Exactly.
19:58Yes. But this lung pressure...
20:00...only reduces a third of it. Is that enough?
20:02It depends on the height of the pulmonary-vascular resistance.
20:04Pulmonary-vascular resistance...
20:06...is when the occlusion pressure is removed from the pulmonary-vascular resistance...
20:08...and it is divided into the lower part of the heart...
20:10...and it is caused by a concussion.
20:12So the answer is...
20:141.8647966459.
20:16It goes like this.
20:18And if we were to calculate a third of it...
20:20Ali, that's enough. Okay.
20:22That's enough.
20:28I can't believe it.
20:30Is this possible?
20:34There is only one way to understand this.
20:36Come on, guys.
20:38Come on.
20:40Come on, come on. Burn, burn, burn.
20:42Ali.
20:44Well done, son.
20:54What do you mean?
20:56Where did my tumor go?
20:58It's not exactly like that, but it's close.
21:00Uncle Eşar.
21:02The tumor of the last infection is also infected.
21:04This has enabled the immune system...
21:06...to find the tumor.
21:08But my tumor was aggressive.
21:10My tumor was aggressive.
21:12I mean, my cancer tumor was aggressive.
21:14In fact, your oncologist...
21:16...lived six months for me.
21:18Yes, yes, that's right.
21:20But the immune system that makes cancers aggressive...
21:22...is the ability to escape.
21:24Yours is not like that anymore, Uncle Yaşar.
21:26It's a very exceptional situation.
21:28It doesn't happen in every cancer.
21:30But the tumor has shrunk by 68%.
21:32So the disease has entered remission.
21:34Now we'll wait until the infection passes.
21:36Then we'll clean it all up in the operation.
21:38You'll be able to heal completely.
21:40Get well soon.
21:42Congratulations to you too.
21:44We'll be able to treat the infection on foot.
21:46I mean, you'll have to come...
21:48...to determine the date of the operation.
21:50But other than that, you can go home.
21:52Home?
21:56Am I going home now?
22:08Yes.
22:30How am I?
22:32There are a few more operations ahead.
22:34But yes, your baby is in good condition.
22:38Thank God.
22:40Thank God.
22:50Can I hug you?
22:52I think it would be great.
22:56Sorry.
23:08My daughter.
23:14My daughter.
23:24Welcome.
23:28You're so tired.
23:36Timur.
23:46I gave up my daughter.
23:48I blamed you.
23:50I gave up.
23:54No, you didn't give up.
23:56You're a fighter, too.
23:58Come on, hug me.
24:00Let's hug you and your daughter.
24:20You were so beautiful.
24:52Mr. Tanju.
24:54Yes.
24:56I'm sorry, but...
24:58...you said Ali was insufficient...
25:00...to this department, right?
25:02Yes, I did.
25:04Look, we had a miracle here today.
25:06But I won't let him...
25:08...turn everything upside down...
25:10...so that he can find something every time.
25:12So he's still insufficient.
25:14Is that so?
25:16Insufficient in this way.
25:18Look, Ferman.
25:20The seed splashes once, twice.
25:22Then either we or this hospital...
25:24If someone doesn't stop him...
25:26...be sure...
25:28...I'll stop him.
25:42Hello, surgeon.
25:46What do you mean?
25:48Sir, I can't give you this information...
25:50...about our doctors.
25:52I'm sorry, please.
25:54You can come here and find out...
25:56...who you're going to sue.
25:58If you want, I can direct you...
26:00...to our chief doctor.
26:02But I can't give you information about this matter.
26:04Please don't insist.
26:06Who are you talking to?
26:08I'll take care of it.
26:10Give it to me.
26:12Yes, sir.
26:14I'm the head of the surgery department, Tanju Korman.
26:16Yes, I'm listening.
26:22Are you Mr. Timuçin?
26:26Yes, sir.
26:28Yes.
26:30Of course, I understand you.
26:36Vefa, sir.
26:40Ali Vefa.
26:44Of course, I can complain wherever you want.
26:52There's a complaint about Ali again.
26:54And they're suing again.
26:56Again.
27:10Again? Really?
27:12Good evening, Kıvılcım.
27:16Good evening, Mr. Adil.
27:18What happened?
27:20Are you here to threaten me...
27:22...with resigning?
27:24I guess this is the new trend.
27:26No, I was just going to ask you a question.
27:30Go ahead.
27:32You've been working in this hospital...
27:34...since it first opened.
27:36I'm not going to lie.
27:38We can say you set up this hospital.
27:40In fact, this hospital...
27:42...has risen on your shoulders.
27:44Oh, my God.
27:46Amazing.
27:48Finally, one of you...
27:50...showed the courage to speak the truth.
27:52Well done.
27:54But...
27:56...since you've worked so hard...
27:58...and you're so good...
28:00...Faruk, do you know why...
28:02...he should leave this hospital to you?
28:04What's going to happen?
28:06Because of his guilt...
28:08...against Belize.
28:10I mean...
28:12...to look good to Belize.
28:14His father loves her.
28:16That's why I went there.
28:18Hmm.
28:20You're wrong.
28:22You have a limit, Kıvılcım.
28:26When you're angry...
28:28...you can't see anything.
28:30So?
28:32I mean...
28:34...Faruk trusted you a lot.
28:36But he didn't trust your anger.
28:42Now you can open that paper.
28:46Okay.
28:56But this...
29:00...this is my contract.
29:02I knew I could always trust your anger.
29:06Let's see what's written in the fourth article of that contract.
29:10Look.
29:12In this hospital...
29:14...employment and benefits...
29:16...are taken with the decision of the institution.
29:18Right?
29:22Wait a minute.
29:24Gül and Güneş...
29:26...were fired...
29:28...and their contracts were revoked.
29:30As the chief doctor of this hospital...
29:34...as of this minute...
29:36...I'm canceling the contract.
29:38I'm giving up.
29:40You...
29:42You can't do such a thing.
29:44I can. I already did.
29:46I was against your contract...
29:48...and I fired you.
29:52You can stay in this hospital for two more weeks.
29:54After that, you can work in this hospital.
29:58I'm glad I met you, Kıvılcım.
30:04You...
30:06You think this will stop me?
30:10I swear I won't give up.
30:12I'll come back and this time...
30:14...I'll take everything from you. Everything!
30:36I'm sorry.
30:52Where have you been?
30:54What's this, Neşe?
30:56Because I was in a good mood, that's why.
30:58I wish I was in a good mood too.
31:00I'm so sorry for Gül and Güneş.
31:02Come on, get in.
31:04But...
31:06Get in, I'll tell you everything.
31:28Gülen.
31:30Bilsan.
31:32What are you doing here?
31:34We...
31:36...didn't know what to do.
31:38We just stayed here.
31:40So...
31:42...as you said...
31:44...did we play well?
31:46I mean, did we?
31:48Because I was almost crying today.
31:52Did we do it?
31:54We did it, right?
31:56You did.
31:58But from now on, I'm watching you.
32:02Why?
32:04Because everything is expected from you.
32:06But Ms. Beliz...
32:08You made Kıvılcım angry.
32:10You let yourself down.
32:12You cried in the arms of your friends.
32:14So...
32:16...you did everything I wanted from you very easily.
32:20So it happened, right?
32:26That's why, from now on...
32:28Yes?
32:30I...
32:34...officially...
32:36...take you back to work.
32:42Good night.
32:44Thank you, really.
32:46Good night.
32:52I hope God doesn't fire anyone.
32:54Me too.
32:56Let's go.
32:58Let's go.
33:04I can't believe it.
33:06Gülen and Güneş won't be in the hospital anymore.
33:08What am I going to do without Minoş?
33:10It's a pity.
33:12Kıvılcım was going to cut someone's rope one day.
33:14But that day is today.
33:28Gülen.
33:30Don't go.
33:32No.
33:34We came back to...
33:36What?
33:38What?
33:40Well...
33:42What?
33:44Tell me.
33:46Dude.
33:48Give me your blessings.
33:50Because we're back.
33:52What are you saying?
33:54Yes.
33:56Come here.
33:58What are you doing?
34:02I'm ready.
34:04Ali.
34:06I'm so happy.
34:08Come here.
34:10Ali.
34:22I'm so happy.
34:24I'm so happy.
34:26I'm so happy, right?
34:28How did this happen?
34:30I won't leave anyone.
34:32The food is mine.
34:34You're the king.
34:36I'm so happy.
34:38How did this happen?
34:40Get out. I'm coming.
34:42But...
34:44Couples get out together.
34:46Like fish.
34:48Okay.
34:50Get out. I'm coming.
34:52Come on.
34:54Okay.
34:58Hi.
35:00I think you're leaving.
35:02Yes.
35:04We're going to have a small celebration.
35:08Come here.
35:10No.
35:12No.
35:16Because I left yesterday.
35:18It's enough for me.
35:20I don't want to leave.
35:24I'm going to work.
35:26I'm going to get the photos.
35:28Good night.
35:32You can go.

35:56Sorry.
35:58Your glasses look good on you.
36:00Don't you think so?
36:04Güneş.
36:06Güneş.
36:08Your hair is expensive.
36:10Is that true?
36:12Yes.
36:18You're beautiful today.
36:24You're beautiful too.
36:28You're beautiful too.
36:32You're beautiful.

36:48People should be happy.
36:50Aren't you happy?
36:52I'm very happy.
36:56Isn't he Uncle Yaşar?
36:58Yes.
37:02He couldn't even go home.
37:06I think he deserves it.
37:08It's a shame.
37:10Let's go and talk.
37:14Wait.
37:16Let Ali talk.
37:18I told you the situation.
37:20Go and talk.
37:22Maybe you can make him happy.
37:26You talk to him.
37:28I want him to be happy.
37:32Is there no other way?
37:34I'm going.
37:36Let's go.
37:44Hello Uncle Yaşar.
37:46Can I sit here?
37:48Yes.
37:52Hello again.

37:56I'm Nazlı and Delir's friend.
38:00Are you sad?
38:08I think you're a little regretful.
38:12How can I not be regretful?
38:14You're a 40-year-old woman.
38:18God.
38:20God.
38:24I'm so sad.
38:30I think you should go there.
38:34I don't understand.
38:36It's weird for me to say this.
38:42I always make mistakes.
38:44Rules.
38:46I'm crossing the line.
38:48I don't even realize I'm doing this.
38:52But I'm doing something else.
38:54I'm always moving forward.
38:56I never accept the limits.
39:00Adil taught me this.
39:04What are you saying?
39:06I don't understand.
39:08Sometimes I make mistakes.
39:12I can't get out of it.

39:20I think she's obsessed with you.
39:24Go and get rid of your obsession.
39:28My wife doesn't go.
39:38If she's happy there too.
