00:00Dan, we were talking earlier about Keenan Allen and the kind of preseason he has had,
00:04as much as you have watched practice, how would you describe where he is in terms of preparation
00:10and where did this notion that maybe he is passed or maybe he is washed, where did that come from?
00:17Or he put on 20 pounds, right? I honestly don't know where this stuff came from because
00:23Colleen Kane brought it up to me over the weekend and I was thinking, man, like,
00:28where did this weight confusion come from there? Keenan looks like a veteran football player
00:33who has known how to run routes in this league for a decade or longer. He is coming off a year
00:37where obviously he missed the end of the season with an injury but had 1,300 plus yards. He is
00:42still very capable of being a very productive receiver in this league. If anything has caused
00:48him to struggle a little bit during training camp, it is the guy wearing the number one jersey.
00:52Jalen Johnson has been a thorn in his side for a lot of the one-on-one battles, for a lot of
00:56seven-on-seven. Jalen is ascending and he is going to make life hard on people but I don't
01:01have many concerns, if any, about Keenan Allen's readiness to contribute in the way the Bears
01:06often need them to when the regular season begins in a couple of weeks.
