Assam में मुस्लिमों की शादी के Registration पर Maulana Shahabuddin ने जताया विरोध
असम सरकार ने बुधवार को विधानसभा में कानून संशोधन के जरिए काजी के बजाय मुस्लिमों के निकाह का पंजीकरण सरकार द्वारा किए जाने का प्रावधान करने पर ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम जमात के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मौलाना मुफ्ती शहाबुद्दीन रजवी बरेलवी ने कहा कि असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा रोजाना ऐसे बयान देते हैं और ऐसे कानून लाने की बात करते हैं जो मुसलमानों के खिलाफ हैं। अभी उन्होंने ऐलान किया है कि काजी अब निकाह नहीं पढ़ाएंगे बल्कि रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने का कानून बनाया जाएगा। इस कानून से मुस्लिम लड़के और लड़कियों को बड़ी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ेगा।
