00:00More than 6,700 tons of volcanic sulfur dioxide were released from the volcano Canlaon in Negros Island.
00:08This is the second largest amount of ash released within a day of the volcano this year.
00:14Based on the data of PHIVOLCS, more than five times more than the daily average before the volcano erupted this June.
00:22An estimated 11-sham volcanic earthquake occurred within the past 24 hours.
00:27At present, Volcano Canlaon is still under Alert Level 2.
00:31This means that it is prohibited to enter the 4-kilometer radius of its permanent danger zone
00:38and to fly any vehicle for evacuation near the volcano.
