00:00Bolivian President Luis Arce sent on Wednesday four questions to the nation's Supreme Electoral
00:04Tribunal, TSE, that will be included in the referendum which will define the hydrocarbon
00:11subsidies, presidential re-election year and parliamentary seats.
00:17The president clarifies that the questions did not correspond to electoral considerations
00:22or personal ambitions.
00:25He reiterated that on the contrary, they are in accordance with the needs and wills being
00:31of future generations and Bolivian families.
00:34On August 6th, the Bolivian president proposed the referendum that is expected to take place
00:39next December 1st, together with the elections of the high judges of the judiciary and of
00:45the Plurinational Constitutional Court.
00:47Mexican President Andres Manuel López Obrador affirmed that he will send an official letter
00:57to the president of the Supreme Court of Justice to address two fiscal issues at a value of
01:02more than $1.6 million.
01:04The head of state explained that the document will be sent to the Supreme Court through
01:10the Ministry of the Interior and the legal counsel of the federal executive.
01:15López Obrador said that the fact that the nation's highest court is not on strike as
01:20workers of the judicial branch are is a good opportunity for that judicial intent to address
01:26the case.
01:27At the same time, the head of state added that the fiscal issues have been on the minister's
01:32desk for several months and that she has not completed procedure.
