00:00The Toll Regulatory Board, or TRB, said motorists without RFID stickers or sufficient load will
00:07be fined starting August 31st.
00:09Based on TRB's joint memorandum circular with the Department of Transportation, or
00:15DOTR, and Land Transportation Office, or LTO, motorists entering toll expressways without
00:21an RFID sticker will be penalized P1,000 for the first offense, P2,000 for the second offense,
00:29and P5,000 for succeeding offenses.
00:32This aims to reduce congestion at toll plazas, improve traffic flow, and reduce delays.
00:37Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, or MMDA, announced the number coding
00:42scheme in Metro Manila will be lifted on August 23 and 26 for the Ninoy Aquino Day commemoration
00:49and National Heroes Day, respectively.
