Akari sweeps Farm Fresh, PVL preliminaries
Akari finishes the preliminaries of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) 2024 Reinforced Conference flawless after asserting its mastery over Farm Fresh through a, 25-19, 25-22, 25-19 win at the FilOil EcoOil Centre on Aug. 20, 2024. Akari joined Creamline and Cignal, which swept the preliminaries. Michelle Cobb orchestrated 17 excellent sets, and added six points to help end the Chargers elimination round unscathed.

00:00I think personally, it's a big thing because I'm also the one who experienced Akari from the start.
00:08I saw the difference of the past teams to our team now.
00:13I'm so proud of course because that's what a franchisee wants.
00:18They want to be admitted.
00:20We haven't been admitted yet.
00:22I mean, we've already been admitted but our run so far is really good.
00:26And as a team, we were able to get to this part because we're helping each other.
00:32And we try not to make it a one-man show.
00:36We try to embody all the roles of each one of us.
00:41If someone gets eliminated, there's always someone who will step up.
00:44That's our team key.
00:46With the leadership of the coaches, we're really close.
00:51When we're helping each other, it's really nice to feel that this is how we build our team.
