00:00Actor Sandro Mulac formally files a complaint of rape through sexual assault against GMA
00:08independent contractors Giorgio Nones and Richard Cruz.
00:12He also attended the Senate committee investigating the abuse and harassment complaints.
00:16Nones and Cruz were also present.
00:18Senator Jingo Estrada urged Mulac to recount the incident.
00:22Mulac said after the GMA gala night on July 20, he received a text from Nones at 3.59
00:27a.m. asking if he had already gone home.
00:30Nones then said he would soon cast Mulac in a project he was directing.
00:34Nones afterwards invited him to his hotel room for drinks.
00:37But when he arrived at the room, Mulac says he saw Cruz drunk and lying in bed, and then
00:41Nones offered him some wine.
00:43Estrada tried to press for more details, but Mulac's legal counsel said they couldn't yet
00:47disclose specific details as the accused had yet to receive a copy of the complaint.
