00:11In a Senate hearing on Monday, August 12, Senator Jingo Estrada questioned both Nones
00:16and Cruz's totally unacceptable absences during the first hearing on August 7.
00:21Nones apologized for not showing up during the last hearing, admitting he and Cruz were
00:26both scared to be subjected to a media circus and a premature trial.
00:30He adds they were afraid of the possibility of violating the ongoing investigation by
00:34the National Bureau of Investigation.
00:37Addressing Mulak, they say, quote,
00:39We did not do anything wrong to you, and you know that in your heart.
00:42It's not too late to tell the truth.
00:44Cruz and Nones add they are homosexuals, but they are not abusers, and they do not commit
00:49any wrongdoings against others.
