00:00But, Mr. President, I am now in receipt of information that this person was already in
00:08fact out of the country on July 18, 2024, to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
00:17I will show you this document as proof that Alice Guo entered Malaysia.
00:26She entered the country on July 18 at 12.17, 13 seconds military time.
00:34This means that she left the Philippines on the night of July 17.
00:41Mr. President, I cannot deny that this is her because this is a match to her Philippine
00:49passport that I will flash now.
00:52Thank you very much to NBI for this information.
00:56They will continue to track Alice Guo.
01:00According to my other source, Mr. President, Alice Guo continued to Singapore, where she
01:08met her parents, Lin Wenye and Guo Jianzhong.
01:16The couple flew in from China on July 28, 2024.
01:22They had a meeting there with Wesley Guo and Cassandra Ong.
01:29Mr. President, who allowed this travesty to happen?
01:35Who is responsible for this?
01:37Alice Guo will not leave if there is no help from the government officials to save us.
01:49I have always believed that legislative hearings are policy-driven.
01:54When the President announced the ban, I said, we have done our jobs.
02:00Let law enforcement take the lead.
02:03But what if the law enforcement itself needs to investigate?
02:09What if they drop the ball?
02:12What if they should be the ones to answer?
02:15The BI promised me and the Senate President Pro Tempore that they will not allow Guo Huaping
02:24to leave the Philippines.
02:26Now, he is really gone.
02:29Mr. President, if we do not do this as an institution, as a country, it is like we are
02:38being slapped in the face by the government who repeatedly violated our laws, rules and
02:46processes.
02:47Thank you, Mr. President.
