Alas needs more practice - coach  After a bronze medal finish at the 2024 Southeast Asian Volleyball League, Alas Pilipinas men's coach Angiolino Frigoni said the Philippine team is far from being a high level team.  Frigoni and the Philippine team fell to Thailand, 26-28, 14-25, 16-25, to end its campaign in the first leg of the 4-team tourney at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium on Aug. 18.    Handling Alas for the first time, Frigoni said Alas will get better with more practice and matches played.
