00:00Well I think certainly, you know, I don't want to put it on us because you know we're
00:15not champions yet and I was going to say if you're in the Champions League players
00:18coming back from internationals, Euros and all that sort of stuff, it's just got
00:22to be a bit of common sense, leave the referee for a bit of common sense on that one
00:25today. Ordinarily if the game's got nine minutes to play and there's a Neil Neresek side
00:29of the game, of course we all get it, we all want as much value out of a game as we
00:32can, supporters, you know, managers, whatever, want to see goals and all that and we know
00:36statistically more goals scored at the end of games and all that sort of stuff, but today
00:39I thought there was a bit of common sense now, I'm like, but they're not allowed you
00:42see, it's hard on the officials because once I've moaned at the officials I've said you
00:46can't, it's not their fault, they're told they have to do it, I just think there's a
00:49bit of common sense and like I say in a normal game, it's a close game or whatever, you've
00:53got to play what you've got to play, if that's the rules, that's the rules, but when it's
00:56like that, if someone gets injured today I think we'd all be going what's that all about?
00:59And 10, you know, 10 be 11 and people at stretch on the 10 and we get another injury, two injuries
01:03and I'm going what's that all about? You know, I've got some players injured on top of a
01:06bad result, I've got players injured for no reason at all, just for a bit of common sense.
01:11So I'm just suggesting that, you know, I think let the referee and the linesmen have a bit
01:14of common sense, you know, and just go right, okay, is it needed today? I don't think it
01:18is.
