00:05This is due to the heavy rains and thunderstorms in extreme northern Luzon,
00:11particularly in the Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
00:14Localized thunderstorms will hit Metro Manila and other parts of the country.
00:20In the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather,
00:22it is possible to see some parts of Luzon tomorrow, especially in the afternoon.
00:26Lizayas and Mindanao will experience heavy rainfalls,
00:30but some areas will experience light rainfalls by nightfall.
