Callum Cameron found guilty of stabbing murder of mother Carol Ann in Perth home

A man who stabbed his mother to death while high on the psychedelic drug DMT, has been found guilty of murder. Perth's Supreme Court heard from paramedics at the scene, describing the moments 63-year-old Carol Cameron was attacked by her son.

00:48Paramedics told the court of Mrs Cameron's final moments, pleading for help as her son
00:52repeatedly attacked her.
00:55The accused denied murder charges, claiming his altered state affected his ability to
00:59form intent to kill.
01:02But presiding justice McGrath described the incident as a prolonged, brutal attack, finding
01:07him guilty of murder.
01:09Cameron will face the Supreme Court again on November 4th for sentencing.
