Mas mapapabilis na ang pagresponde sa mga tatawag sa 911 hotline dahil sa mas pinalakas na emergency response system, ayon sa DILG. Makikita na rin nila ang lokasyon ng mga tatawag kaya't matutukoy at mapapanagot ang mga prank caller.

00:25Using the stronger emergency 911 response system, the police were able to quickly respond to the crime.
00:34Aside from the live video captured by the body-worn camera,
00:37they were also able to see the actual location of the police while responding until they reached the location.

00:44But the problem is, there are more than 700 unanswered calls received by Emergency 911.
00:51Every day, there are 30,000 calls received by Emergency 911 National Call Center.

01:00Most of them are prank calls, drop calls, and many more.
01:05Even pizza orders sometimes enter the system.

01:14There are new features that will be added to the system that is the same technology used in 911 in America.
01:20Like the ability to knock, the exact location of the caller, to speed up the police response time.
01:27Even if the police is there, if they don't get the exact location, they will be drugged.
01:32And if there is the ability to determine the caller location, it will be a happy day for the prank callers.
