00:13Yeah, it's been open for a couple of years now.
00:14Okay, so it's called Yarra Pizza and that's kind of one of your signature dishes, is that

00:16Yeah, so the idea was to create a pizza which is a yarra lot, to have groups of people,
00:17families all coming together.
00:18Try and different flavours on top of the pizza, it's actually, it measures a yard long, so
00:19it takes up the majority of the table.
00:20Yeah, I've measured some.
00:21How many people can fit between that kind of feed?
00:22We normally say around about six, four to six adults.
00:23For a family of six or eight, you could put the feed on the table.

00:58Yeah, the smallest group was two people.
01:01Yeah, two lads came in and ate it.
01:04We've had others try it, but they normally leave a lot of the crusts.
01:10Yeah.
01:11Fairly much.
01:12So you do lots of other.
01:13Yeah.
01:14We do 12-inch-20-inch pizzas, eat-in-take-away.
01:15Chicken side dishes.
01:16garlic breads, coleslaws, all the usual kind of things.
01:21Okay, so you've been a couple of years now, so you've had quite a local following now, quite a lot of customers.
01:26Yeah, yeah, yeah, a lot of the local families around here, they come back and sort of have it again and again.
01:31There are a lot of parties in here with the yard, exclusive news parties as well.
01:36So, yeah, it's gone down really well in the London area.
01:38Really nice. And I'm looking at it all, you know, you produce in quite different places than I'm going to see elsewhere.
01:43Yeah.
01:44So, what could be some of your more popular dishes?
01:47The honey chicken ones have been a really, really good one of ours. It's gone down really well.
01:52Your pepperonis, always going to be a classic, everyone loves that.
01:57Then we've added some different ones in, like the Ronnie, which is like a sort of a cheeseburger kind of pizza.
02:02We've also added a mac and cheese pizza, which has gone down well.
02:06We recently on the menu added cut soup curry, but we've just taken it off.
02:10I'm sure we'll make a return, a return soon.
02:12That's what we try and do, is just try and have a bit of fun with our pizzas.
02:16And what's on this? Is it honey chicken? So, what's that? Obviously honey chicken.
02:20Yeah, so it's chicken, chorizo, red onion and a drizzle of chilli honey on top.
02:24Probably one of our most popular pizzas, yeah.
02:27And macaroni and cheese, so is that literally?
02:29Yeah, yeah, yeah, so macaroni and cheese and then we put some bacon on it so it gets nice and crispy on top.
02:35It's quite indulgent with the pasta and pizza and carbs and dough and everything.
02:40But yeah, that's been a popular one.
02:42Cool, cool. Where do you get those ideas from? So, what do you eat?
02:45Just really from like foods that I eat.
02:48I know friends and family and just trying to think, with that work on a pizza, how will that go?
02:53Just trying to come up with different ideas.
02:56Is it, do you change the menu regularly?
02:59Yeah, you know, we have a sort of a base menu, which we keep the same all the time.
03:04And then now and then we'll bring in a new pizza.
03:06Currently we've got one, we've just got a chilli con carne on it with some chillies and then guacamole and sour cream just on top as well.
03:13So, trying to do things a little bit different.
03:16Do you kind of do other, since they do sides as well as desserts, what's kind of your more popular ones there?
03:21Yeah, so we've got the chicken strips and we also do buffalo chicken strips.
03:24We've just introduced a cheesy marmite garlic bread onto the menu as well.
03:29So, you'll either love that one or hate it of course.
03:33That one's quite popular as well.
03:35Dessert wise, we do ice cream cookie sandwiches.
03:38This in the hot weather, they've been really, really popular as well.
