00:00During the last session of the President, he declared a ban on POGOs but there was no thank you to you and to Senator Nguyen Gatchalian who investigated this and gave a public clamor to ban POGOs.
00:15It's okay if there is no thank you to the President for me and maybe for all of us who advocated, especially in the Senate and even before in the House against POGOs.
00:30For me, the biggest thank you from the President is the ban itself on POGOs, Effective July 22 ban, all POGOs, whatever their name is,
