A-level students in Bury St Edmunds celebrate successful results day

Students from Thurston Sixth, County High School and St Benedict's Catholic School celebrate their A-level results.

00:00Hi I'm Katie, I got my results today, I got three A stars, Maths, Further Maths and Chemistry.
00:05Very very happy, two years of my life, putting in all the hard work that's really paid off.
00:10So I'm going to do Maths and Music at the University of Birmingham, so very very excited, can't wait.
00:16Hi my name's Ben Gage, I got A star in Maths, A star in Further Maths and A in Chemistry
00:22and hopefully I'll be heading off to Durham to do Maths next year.
00:26Hi my name's Oscar Lyons, I got two A stars and an A in my results today, so I'm very very pleased.
00:32My plan is to go off to London in September to study at a place called the Royal Academy of Music,
00:38in particular Jazz Piano.
00:40My name is Camelia Grigor and I just finished my A levels, I got my results and I'm really excited
00:46because I got four A stars, one being in my extended project and the other three ones are in
00:52my A levels and I'm really shocked. It just made me realise how grateful I am for myself,
00:59that I put so much work throughout these two years and the fact that I questioned myself
01:05along the way, but now this showed me that all of the hard work and pressure and
01:12everything that I've been through throughout this journey in my life has paid off.
01:16Hi I'm Alex, I studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry and I got two A stars,
01:21an A and a B. Before I got here this morning I thought I'm not going to use my phone to see
01:26my results, so after eight o'clock I just completely turned down my phone. I'm also
01:30planning on studying Biochemistry at University of York, I think it'll be a really fun experience
01:34and the atmosphere in there is really really nice.
