00:22that difficult A levels like it's not that scary yeah it's not that scary I feel like the build up
00:27results there's worse yeah than what it actually is yeah like once it now it's over and done with
00:31it's much better much better feeling I left school in 1975 no grades no qualifications
00:42but I still managed to get through life happily join the army straight out to leave the school
00:48in the army for 14 years from there bus driver for 35 years so qualifications really didn't
00:58match up much for me didn't help at all didn't hinder me I just got a text from my daughter
01:04and she's just got a final results in and she's got distinctions in all seven
01:11things that she was getting the results in so yeah so I just want to say well done for her
01:18it was GCE and CSE when I was doing it but I've never had to use them ever
01:24um though I've never I've never been able to put the my results in front of anyone to get a job
01:31I guess I just say that the biggest thing is that while AS 11 grades are important they aren't the
01:37be all end all like um you can still mess things up like I have and um you know you can continue
01:43on like I'm currently starting to become a teacher if you even if you haven't got the grades that you
01:47wanted just crack on and um move forward with what you want and never lose your dream I suppose
01:54you know if you want to do something you will do it if you're um if you're dedicated enough
