Mixed fortunes for Team SD Worx - Protime - Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift 2024

There was elation for the Hungrian Champion Blanka Vas who took a first stage win at Le Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift in Amnéville. However the Yellow Jersey has changed hands after Demi Vollering came down in a crash at 46.6km/h with 6.5km of the stage remaining. She averaged 38.7km/h to the finish in an attempt to minimise her time loss but it is Kasia Niewiadoma who will now don the Maillot Janue; the first rider from outside of Belgium or The Netherlands to do so.
