00:00Well, it's fantastic. I mean, it is, I suppose, from our point of view, it's like the Olympics,
00:06isn't it? You spend years preparing, and then eventually the medals come, and it's been
00:11gold and silver medals aplenty. I think we all would expect it, because the government
00:17has said so, that all the COVID legacy would have gone. So the A-star grades, not quite
00:23as many A-star grades, but what we have had, the A-star A and B, the top three grades,
00:29we've had more of those, a greater proportion of those, and a much smaller tail than we've
00:34had in the past. So the children have really exceeded their expectations. I mean, the difficulty
00:40is that what is a real achievement for one child may not be for another. So those who
00:47are academic geniuses, for them it may be easy, but for those who aren't necessarily,
00:53that's not their strength, they've still exceeded their expectations and our expectations
00:58of them, because they've worked so hard. You're 18, you have to make a decision which is probably
01:02going to determine what you're going to do for the rest of your life, which is not an
01:05easy one to make. So some take gap years to make their mind up, but most of the children
01:13here are going in a direction that they have chosen their first choice, because they've
01:19got into the university that they wanted to get into university, and those who didn't
01:25get into their first choice have got into their insurance. There are children here,
01:30or students, should I say, young adults, who have achieved more than any of us would have
01:38expected, and they've done it because they've worked hard. So working hard will get you
01:46above and beyond where you'd expect to be.
